Very easy to sign-up only negative is that the annual service is not until September and I would have liked to have done that sooner.

Signing up was easy enough, but I was called away before completing the full form. No worry I thought, but trying to get back in with our boiler information and create a password, will require a telephone call. But, that apart, well satisfied

Searched boiler cover on MSE website. YourRepair recommended as best. Went through your website. Very easy to understand with all choices shown. Getting more Cover for less than paying now so excellent news. 😊

The registration was simple and the package suits our requirements, we have had no reason to request help at the moment, but I’m sure that from our current experience everything will be fine

Because of the disgusting behaviour of British Gas that's been highlighted in the last few days I've decided to do the right thing and vote with my feet. They cannot treat vulnerable people in the way that has been shown on the news. It's despicable. Consequently I've now closed my annual HomeCare contract with them and moved to YourRepair for our annual servicing and support. On top of feeling morally much better I've saved £108 /yr for essentially the same services, but now supplied by local companies who really need the business. I encourage you all to do the same if you're with BG/ Centrica . Do not let these corporations win. As Wolfie said ... Power to the People! ✊ I have yet to have a call out or a service, but so far so good with the joining process.

A very easy to use service and includes clear explanation of what you can expect. No small print as all the main points are explained clearly before you make a decision.

Initially, it was very easy to sort out online the type of cover I needed and proceeded quickly to set up the direct debit, however, a Server Error message kept coming up so I ended up having to call the company and set up the policy on the phone anyway. However, the customer service agent I spoke to was brilliant, had access to all the details I had input already so the completion of the process was quite swift in the end. It’s good to know that if I ever need assistance in the future there are attentive and professional agents available - which is the main reason I have cancelled a policy with another company in favour of this one!
