“Excellent, old fashioned service, in the modern manner!, Nihad, a very bright gas engineer, worked out the plumbing issues, affecting the tenants’ lavatory flushing mechanism, in a couple of seconds, whilst his phone was ringing nine to the dozen and found the part in the van and fitted it in a few seconds more time. Plus, incredible back up, from Kieron, a top organiser in the Your Repair office, who telephoned me, immediately, after I had cancelled the job and was on the bus, thinking I could do the job myself. He offered to keep the job open, in case I couldn’t fit the part myself, or offer a refund of the excess fee, straightaway. Just the ticket for everybody!”
