I sent an email asking why tha amount went from £16 to £23 , possibly the call out , I don’t know. Also i said that the address needed altering., but had no reply to sort these issues out. Please let me know how to do this asap. Kind regards. John

Please find the enclosed profile of my boiler::-Brand new boiler on 1/1/2012. Services every year . On 5/1/2021 signed the contract with British Gas.since then, they had replaced the’ Heat Exchanger’on 23/3/2021 and ‘Flow Turbine +Sensor’ on 5/11/2021. The annual service has been done on 15/11/2021.

Set up am account for boiler within minutes. Very easy and very good price. Of course the true test will be when a call out is required. But, for now, happy with the set up.

The lady I spoke to was very polite, helpful and obviously knew her Job, made it very simple to start the plan, was completed within ten minutes maximum. Thankyou.

Very short sighted pot delay the boiler efficiency inspection for 10 months into the future. The efficiency of operation is a key matter in the winter months and your information on that is silent until you sign up. Not even an opportunity to bring that forward even with a charge?

Price on par with majority of others offers same products but still less than British Gas who just raised our price by an extra £100 due to boiler being 1 year older , good defacto rating much better than some others.
