I have not used the service as yet so cannot comment but I must say that it is very easy to buy the policy and hopefully it will follow by good service when I need you.

Very bad joined and got rejected for repairs as worst company to cater in winter emergencies.

You have sent me a review form but so far I have only signed up and received no service other than that, signing up. The price seems good. A bit premature perhaps? I can only mark you good. Hopefully, when I have actually received a service from you I can make that a " very good"

I sent an email asking why tha amount went from £16 to £23 , possibly the call out , I don’t know. Also i said that the address needed altering., but had no reply to sort these issues out. Please let me know how to do this asap. Kind regards. John

Please find the enclosed profile of my boiler::-Brand new boiler on 1/1/2012. Services every year . On 5/1/2021 signed the contract with British Gas.since then, they had replaced the’ Heat Exchanger’on 23/3/2021 and ‘Flow Turbine +Sensor’ on 5/11/2021. The annual service has been done on 15/11/2021.
