“Just took out a policy. On your website, which is what attracted me to your company, is the statement:
No more price hikes: Only YourRepair fix your monthly price for up to 3 years, no matter how many home repairs we carry out.
I notice my agreement is only for 12 months and the price is fixed. I appreciate your wording only states “for up to 3 years” but this is misleading if you only intend to offer a fixed price for 12 months as most companies would do that anyway.
Plus I notice you don’t do an annual service until September 2023, nearly 12 months after taking out a policy. But I guess I am covered if there are any breakdowns during the intervening period, still this is a long way off as the boiler is due a service sooner.
Let’s hope you are there for us if and when we may need to call upon you for anything.”
