Removed a point because I couldn't subscribe via the web site and had to phone. But it was very simple and straightforward to do over the phone. Completely the opposite experience to British Gas. The lady on the phone was very helpful,efficient and easy to talk to.

I shopped around extensively before deciding on You Repair. Signing up was straight forward and it seems much better value for money than the others and especially a British Gas who I used to use. I am not tied in for a year and their App platform for booking stuff seems very user friendly so far. I will update my review once I have had my annual boiler service

Starting a new policy (previously with British Gas) couldn't have been easier. Looking at the different plans was clear and the pricing. Signing up straightforward. Documents written easily to understand and overview was helpful knowing when my service will take place.

Just set up a Home Plan 3 service plan. Very easy to set up, customer services very friendly and professional, so far so good.

it has been easy to sign up but time will tell if your service is good i have been with scottish gas for years but quote too expensive this year

Everything seems to have started well. I guess more will be known should I need a repair to any of my utility equipment. Hoping for great service. The signs are good so far.

Rang today to make some enquiries before taking out a plan. Got straight through no having to wait in a queue, very helpful and no hard sell technique. So far so good.
