“Before completing the on line form I tried to phone you to ask a question regarding boiler servicing my first attempt I was cut off, the second time whoever answed did not speak.
Filling out on line forms is something I do no do a lot off.so when doing your profile section after completing the page and touching at the bottom of the page it came back on I though I had not completed it so I filled it out again

I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your recent claim. After looking into this I can see that the repair is taking longer than we would have expected. We understand that the boiler is providing central heating and intermittent, hot water at the moment and we have allocated this job to the manufacturer as we feel that the makers of your boiler are the best people to repair it.
