if thoughat the moment the repair is been done, but the job the boiler man said he was coming back to a few days later to fix never came back, but boiler is ok at the moment, but you cant blame your repair for that. and i am happy with your repair. and i am very happy with chris who took the phone call from me, i told chris he never came back to finnish the job he said he would do

Having signed up and initially been allocated a service date for my boiler of March 2020, YouRepair swiftly actioned my observation that this was a long time to wait and have moved service to lock-in with the time it would have been serviced if I had stayed with my previous supplier. Excellent customer service.

Yesterday, I spoke to a lady about taking out a police to cover my boiler & heating ... she was extremely helpful & the whole process was dealt with quickly ,,,, time will tell how good they perform ... but so far so good

Just contacted Your Repair where I spoke with a chap called Chris. Very helpful, took the hassle out of dealing with the repair in question. Only reported this fault today so obviously hasn't been dealt with yet but have been assured it will be dealt with within a 7 day period so that's great.

Great service. Appt has been cancelled due to a personal issue with the assigned engineer.aftercontacting the company a new appt was made and work carried out with a couple of days. Very helpful and courteous staff

Very happy with the service. Though I did feel a little silly once the engineer showed me how simple it was to increase the pressure on my boiler. Would definitely recommend

Only worth it if your boiler is under 7 years old! Outside of that if your PCB fails they will say beyond economical repair !! When the boiler is “serviced” it’s looked at from the outside to say they’ve done it but nothing to identify any potential faults or preventative work so when you do break down your policy is void And you find you’ve paid a lot for nothing. It’s better to put the money in a pot and pay as you go

Hi, We're sorry that you weren't satisfied with the outcome of our engineer's assessment. We do specify the criteria for determining a boiler to be beyond economical repair clearly in our Terms and Conditions. If we deem a boiler to be beyond economical repair, we would advise purchasing a new boiler.
