I had a struggle with the online setup but the phone service was excellent, I was accepted and signed up in no time. I look forward to using YourRepair for my boiler and home service.

Our boiler is over 10years old but serviced from day one. That counts for nothing with the big companies. Your repair was so easy to use no issues with age and online set up great. Even courtesy call. Very happy

Registered my first claim in 2 years and told that no service available as claim not reported within 24 hours. This business is not regulated and so there is no independent regulator to oversee its conduct.

As a new customer I can only comment on the offers and sign up process. After getting an unacceptable renewal from British Gas I searched for other gas maintenance contracts. I was attracted to YourRepair because they offer a fixed price for 3 years, unlimited claims, annual service and no excess. Whilst the monthly payment is slightly higher than my renewal price, it won’t change for 3 years so I won’t have to negotiate a discount every year. The sign up process was quick and simple, nothing complicated.
