Just Inthe process of changing to this policy but website seems very efficient.Hope the rest of the service is just as good.

Whilst looking for a company to replace British Gas, YourRepair was one of a number of options rated by a comparison site. Whilst drilling down through websites I felt most comfortable with YR and particularly like the ability to set a future start date. The setup could not be simpler. I'm hopeful and confident that in the event I need assistance it will be available.

your cover dont cover trackthe leaks you will only repair at you see i con do that. Poor service

Hi Shaun, I'm sorry that you're unhappy with your plan. We try to be as transparent as we can with all our customers about what is included and excluded in your plan with us. Unfortunately, Trace and Access is something that is not included. Jack Williams was very professional and informative. Dealt efficiently with my query and an extra 25% discount definitely helped. Cheaper than what I was quoted on my renewal documents with homeserve. So thank u your repair

Only just joined up and found the whole process very straight forward. I would love to know how quickly they respond to breakdowns though?
