Very good customer support. Good price. Landlord checks getting done and Gas Safe certs end up digitally on file which is useful. Not tested any claims yet though.

My yearly service was done by John from the little boiler company he fully explained all what he was doing with our system and was very efficient chatty and friendly thank you John

Good customer service and friendly engineers. Process claims quickly with engineer visit swift Monday to Friday. Weekends are the only drawback unless claim fits emergency criteria. A little pricier than some plans, but zero excess on call outs is a big bonus.

I wrote a review re: ease of use of website to purchase boiler insurance, but mentioned that I had not been able to open e-mail to claim 10% discount. Had a phone call within a couple of hours apologising, and was given the discount immediately. Excellent customer service.

I'm switching my current supplier after their attempted 37% price increase...I hadn't heard of Your Repair before searching, but they are competitively priced and have an apparent good range of cover. Customer service guy was helpful and there's a well designed website for landlords. A good start.

I reported my leaking radiator yesterday evening. Was contacted soon after by a man named Stuart who offered to attend that evening. However, I asked if he could attend the next morning, which he did. He was very polite and efficient. The leak was fixed. I am pleased with the service.

An engineer was arranged within a very short time of the problem being reported, arrived promptly next morning and sorted the problem. Both the engineer and YourRepair were very professional and easy to deal with: very impressed.
