“Good customer service and friendly engineers. Process claims quickly with engineer visit swift Monday to Friday. Weekends are the only drawback unless claim fits emergency criteria. A little pricier than some plans, but zero excess on call outs is a big bonus.”

“I reported my leaking radiator yesterday evening. Was contacted soon after by a man named Stuart who offered to attend that evening. However, I asked if he could attend the next morning, which he did. He was very polite and efficient. The leak was fixed. I am pleased with the service.”
