I was due a service and I was sent the Engineers contact details. I emailed him with my availability and he contacted me within the hour and arranged to come the next day. He turned up on time and did a good job.

Came out quickly and sorted repair. However you cannot ring the freephone number if out of uk and don’t have another number to contact.

I wish I had negative star option. I had a leak from the TSV and I made a complaint and was said I’ll be contacted by one of the repairers in 2 working days. And even after 3 working days no one contacted. I had to contact them again. Still no repair. Had been a week with the leaky radiator TSV. I would have preferred to get it fixed by someone else with a one time payment. No reliable and really a rubbish service. I’d not even recommend this to an enemy of mine. Paying £24 a month and getting no service in return. Please avoid them.

After the first 12 months i was expecting my boiler to serviced but the engineer informed me that my policy was a landlord policy which it certainly was not. So i cancelled the policy that’s when the fun started i emailed them to let them know that i did not want this policy.and cancelled the Direct debit.then for the next year i received 3 letters from a credit collection agency saying that i owed them money for a policy that didn’t exist in the end i went along to the citizens Advice and they helped and now the policy is closed. and I’m with British gas.

Customer service agent Adam was excellent ,also the 3 year fixed boiler care plan for £19 per month was excellent, miles cheaper than British Gas £504.77.

Very pleased with the price so hope the service if needed is just as good. I am disappointed, though, that when I received and e-mail offering a discount if I bought the product which I had looked at, I couldn't click on the link to get the discount which would have been a nice bonus on what is still a good policy price. Site was easy to navigate.

Have used this company for the 2nd year. Staff always helpful and efficient. Engineers always contact to arrange an appointment. Work has been carried out with good results. Would recommend.
