I telephoned with a question and the call was answered very quicky by a knowledgable operator who was friendly, helpful and spoke clearly. The contract looks fair and the prices are similar or better than the competitors. I very much like ability to book appointments and manage my documents and account from the website or app. Of course the real test will come if I have a breakdown but, from my experience so far, I feel confident in expecting a good service.”
“I not satisfied as the date for the boiler service is August 2021 which is nearly a year off. I would prefer a date before winter if possible as my boiler was last serviced a year ago.”
