“Just renewed for the second year after just having a boiler service within the first year. Great customer service from Adam when on the phone, but still had to haggle to get the same price as last year. I know it is common practice for all insurance companies to do this, just wish it wasn't! Would be 5 stars apart from that”
“They remind us when our boiler service is due and pass our details on to a nice local boiler company to then arrange a service. All carried out, no problem. And then on renewal they were helpful and lowered their renewal price for me, which saved us £36/year.
