For the past 14 days, I have been experiencing critical issues with my service, rendering me unable to make outgoing calls. Whenever I attempt to place a call, it gets redirected to the credit control department of my.plan within two seconds. Despite numerous calls to the credit control, each interaction ended with assurances that there are no outstanding dues on my account, and perplexity as to why my calls are being rerouted. Upon reaching out to the support department and creating a ticket, the only advice I received was to restart my phone or re-insert the SIM card, neither of which resolved the issue. It seems there's a lack of capacity to address this technical problem, leaving me cut off from essential communication for two weeks now. Never before have I encountered such a significant inconvenience with any other service provider. The latest updates I received were mere notifications of the issue being escalated, but with no tangible results or timeline for resolution. While the sales team was proficient in their role, ensuring a smooth and convincing process, the post-agreement experience has been deeply disappointing. The necessity to liaise with multiple parties, and the company's apparent dependency on third-party responses, significantly diminish the user experience and trust in the service reliability. This situation calls for urgent attention and a swift, comprehensive resolution.

Worst service I’ve ever had with a mobile phone. No signal indoors and when I cancelled it was £300. I’d warn anyone not to use this company

Cold calling trying to sell me a "cheaper business mobile tarrif for EE but I'm not an EE customer. When asked what it would be the aggressive caller refused. What a waste of time, if you offer something but can't say what it is then don't bother calling.

never trust this company. I was told when taking out this contract that it was only for 12 months which I didn't mind as I had 18 months left on my old contract with O2. NOW only to find that I was lied to and am now tied in to a 36 mouth contract??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!

This company call me dozens of time each month & claims to be from O2 offering a free upgrade. I have asked them to stop many times, explaining my phone is registered with TPS but they call & call telling more lies. They keep changing the numbers they call from.

They trawl the internet for business numbers, cold call you and try to get info off you so they can encourage you to take out a deal with them. Low life

Anyone who gives this company a 5 star rating must be related or involved to the people working for yourmobile because after researching and looking into them further and being completely done over by them, I’ve come to realise that any rating over a 1 (should be a zero) is just as deceitful as the “money saving” contract I was promised. No cooling off period but apparently they might offer as I have read from other reviews a £250-£300 fee which I wasn’t offered even though I rang up in the same time frame as others have commented about. Not inform you of having to pay the final bill to your previous provider, leaving you with a hefty bill before they reimburse “some of it”. You think that they’re trying to save you money by using a different mobile contract provider…….call you mobile provider first!! We’re learning the hard way!

Was told that they would pay off of the remainder of my device, and I would then have a contract with them on a sim-only basis. 02 then charged me £500 to end the contract, despite Your Mobile telling me they would cover it. I called Your Mobile, and they said they would 'try' and reimburse me, but I might not get the £500 for another month. Not ideal when you're living in a recession and trying to pay bills. To top that off, my main reason for switching was to get unlimited data whilst travelling abroad. I was in Italy last week for work, and did i get any data? Nope.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Same thing happened to me as most of the reviews below. I was mis-sold their services and I am now stuck with a 36 months contract that cost me way more than before. termination fees are outrageous and unjustified. This company should be shut as their proceeding is clearly dishonest.

A similar story to others on here. I was conned into thinking they were EE. Very sharp practice bordering on criminality and of course £300 to get out of the contract.

When agreeing to take switch to yourmobile.com I said I did not want to change my provider EE. I was told this would not happen. I sign the contract and when the SIM cards arrive I find that the provider is O2. They deliberately gave wrong information and with eye watering fees to get out of the contract I am stuck. AVOID this company

This company is pretending to be o2 and convinced me to move over to a business plan with an upgrade to my phone. I contacted them the same day within a couple of hours and was told because it is a business contract I do not have a cooling off period. After numerous phone calls and promises of call backs, I have now contacted my bank to cancel any payments to them.

As I have seen on previous posts, the exact same has happened to me. This company pretended to be o2 moving me over to business plan. After I realized it wasn't who they clamed to be I called o2 and have had a nightmare moving back to the network. This company is now asking for a termination fee of £300 as I apparent cancelled it too late (4 days later when I emailed them) However what they fail to notice is I emailed them the same day saying i wanted to cancel. Think I will defiantly be taking this further.

Terrible co. Baffle you with "great offers" was told by Luke my mobile would be £30 per month for a SE 11 iPhone. Turns out i never pay less that £40-£60 per month. Lead you up the garden path. I pay for a phone that doesnt work and hasnt for the last and a half year. I cant upgrade as I renewed my contract to a sim only, which I wasnt fully aware of. The phone has no warrenty. They said they wont upgrade to a new phone as they cant lift the upgrade for another three months (it's in their policy). Then by magic I get a call a few days later offering me a new iPhone for only £65 a month (thought they had no power to action an upgrade?) Stressful and feel like I'm being robbed! If i had £900 I'd get out of this contract early! PLease dont use these

Dear Ms. Williams Thank you for your review. We have looked at your account and can see that you are only 9 months into a 36-month contract therefore you were not due an upgrade for several more months, the renewals team was able to arrange an early renewal for you so that we could offer you a new handset and more data as you regularly used more than your monthly allowance meaning overspend. A renewal so early in the contract would mean an increase in the tariff cost to take account of the early renewal, new handset, and increased data, and unfortunately, this was not at an acceptable level for you. We are sorry we weren't able to give you the rate you were hoping for at this time, the longer into the contract you are the better the tariff we can give at renewal.

Company are a joke, I have had an awful experience from day 1 and was too late for me to back out as they sign you in from the first phone call you have and confirm you are happy to read terms in your own time, as it is a B2B contract, no cooling off period. Was told I could get an upgrade part way into the contract as I didn’t want to move as I was due an update soon, but they didn’t tell you that 15 months in they then will look at the contract and you will have to renew/extend length, which there is no way on earth I am staying with them and giving them my money. They have no empathy, do not care about their customers just want to tie you in and then tell you that it’s your problem!

Hi Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy. All of our contracts are 36 months, and as with any other provider in the event, you wish to upgrade at any point in the contract this would necessitate a new contract period. We do try to empathise with all of our customers and do try to work out an equitable solution. We will listen to the most recent call with you to see if there are any lessons to be learned.

Stay away from this company‼️ It was most stressful time I ever experienced! Cancellations in 24hours and THERE FEE IS £250!!!!!!! Is shocking to charge this HUGE amount of money, you should be shamed !!!!! They contact me to offer me, to be good deal for me as being self employed, for business contract on Monday, I talked to James, I thought I speaking with Vodafone! (which I am about 15 years) Next day (Tuesday) company call again and want it to set up my new phone and sim, then is come to me I wasn’t dealing yesterday with Vodafone. Then I contact James, to cancel policy and I don’t want to be with them I was misled I thought he is from Vodafone. He told me I can’t leave and if I leave I have to pay £300 fee! ( what for??? I did not cost them money, phone unopened, they don’t pay anything for me, there websites say is admin fee, how poorly !) then I ask to speak with Manager for cancellations and address for return my phone. He said he can’t give me address, as he don’t know, but will email it to me with invoice I have to pay in 7 working days, if I don’t pay them they contact debt collectors. He offer me to pay £250 ( drop off VAT £50 , I begged him for help is too much money, If he can wave(no paying as I only deal yesterday with James, he said no. I was even more stress out! Hour later, I’ve got email for invoice £ 300 no address, so I contact them again, of course manager not available but I spoke with lovely lady and explained who gave me address over the phone and email it to me and confirm of my Invoice for £250 I post my phone and SIM card (which arrived just yesterday) this morning. They clearly not interested in customers, but all about the money, money , money! I am not interested for your replay , I read reviews as I am not only one, you shocking to treat customers this way!!!

PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY I was contacted by this company who deceptively claimed to be 02 Business Centre. I was asked whether I wanted to reduce my monthly payments as I was paying for two contracts, myself and my daughter. I was advised that switching to a business account would save me money and I was also offered an upgraded phone. I assumed I was talking to 02 and would have had no reason to think otherwise. I was sent a contact but when I received it, I was very concerned to see that I would be paying £30 extra for my two contracts when the whole point in switching to a business Account was to save monthly costs. it turned out that I had not been speaking with 02 at all and when I tried to call 02, I was horrified to learn that my two accounts had been cancelled and taken over by a company called Your Mobile (Plan.com)!! I spoke to My Mobile expressing my anger and they denied lying to me, even though I had a colleague with me at the time who heard the whole conversation. I was very. angry because I would have to pay a huge amount to 02 to cancel the two contracts early!! I was then told by Your Mobile that they would cover the early cancellation fees. Well to cut a long story short, Your Mobile did not pay the early cancellation fees and when I cancelled their contracts, within the 90 day period, they are now coming after me for over £5,000!! I lost my Mum while all this was going on and I cannot express how much stress and anxiety this has caused me! Please take care!!

Dear Ms. Connolly, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear that you were not happy. We have had a look at your account and can see that you requested cancellation outside of any cooling off period for a sole trader and therefore would be subject to cancellation charges as per the terms and conditions to which you agreed. The cancellation costs are based on the balance of the airtime owed, indeed we can see that no payments have ever been made to plan.com or ourselves for the airtime used or the cancellation charges. As we have advised previously, we do not state we are calling from any network, in fact, the team is scripted to ensure that we advise that we are calling from yourmobile.com. Turning now to the payment of your early termination fee from the previous provider, this was not paid as you cancelled the contract therefore we would no longer be liable for any payment to you.

I received a call from this company person whom I was talking to named himself Luke, the way of introducing themselves as “yourmobile.com” I understand they calling from my own provider. They know everything about your provider application and divert you to do what they want to get Suddenly he was taking my personal address details and he has ask me my door number I stopped in a second and voiced to him if you calling from O2 why to keep asking my details you should have that into your system! He did not answer me they are not calling from O2 or they are not O2 on the conversation. After the finished conversation, my O2 called me and what was the reason I’m cancelling my account with O2 my provider was asking I woke up, the late evening I was checking my mails and saw yourmobile.com from my inbox mail, opened it then recognised this absolutely not O2 next day before then 24 hours called them back wanted to cancel that account if they have saved on contract. the answer from them, unfortunately, cannot cancel the business account because of Ofcom regulation I had bad very deep stressed of them what they’ve done. His answer to me going to talk with his manager if anything they can stop the conversation next day called again and repeated the conversation for cancellation answer, unfortunately, cant cancel stopped the conversation. The next day called them again finally their answer can cancel my account with them but if I am going to pay £250 +vat which in total £300 I agreed to pay transferred to another person and the lady has got my card details then took payment. I definitely do not recommend 1- Cancellation, unfortunately, can’t be done because of Ofcom regulation this was yourmobile.com reason? My experience with YourMobile has been awful, deceptive and pushy sales people, amateur contract management and legally questionable clauses regarding no cooling off period. Duped into switching from Vodafone after being made to think I had been called by O2 representatives, I switched contacts only to realise upon receiving paperwork what I signed up to. I cancelled within 48 hours, hadn’t accepted receipt of handset or started my contract - this is when the true nature of the company came to light. Stressful and constant demanding calls and emails, more pushy letters threatening debt collection - and it hadn’t even been one week from my call. I’m very happy to be sticking with Vodafone, I feel like I dodged a bullet by cancelling with YourMobile before my contract even began. Even though I had to pay £300 to get out of a contract I never even started, judging by some of the other reviews I have read this seems like the best option for my mental health. I may be £300 worse off - but I have the peace of mind of knowing that I will never have to deal with Your Mobile ever again.
