“Really pleasant and helpful lady found out exactly why more order hadn't shipped (they were waiting for the accompanying fabric), but then sent the wallpaper through and called me to let me know thats what she had done.”

“An easy website to negotiate. Materials were a true representation with accurate descriptions. The samplerequest service was excellent. It would be even better if there was some indication when to expect a delivery.”

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry to hear that firstly the delivery had an unexpected delay, and secondly that there were imperfections on your wallpaper. We have reviewed the order to see what has happened, with delivery it does show that there was two requests to change the delivery date to the 27/11 then to 28/11 from which we can see it was delivered on the 28th. With the wallpaper imperfections again we are very sorry to hear of this, we do ask that you contact us directly in relation to this so that we can start an investigation into this as we have not received any details regarding this and would love the opportunity to try and rectify any problems with the wallpaper, so if you could please contact us via email on sales@fashioninteriors.co.uk with supporting photo's so that we can take this up with the manufacturer that would be greatly appreciated. “We've only ordered two rolls of wallpaper, which we haven't hung yet, but they arrived promptly, nicely packed in a box. The sample we had beforehand too arrived very swiftly.”

“Integra corded curtain rail: Delivery was prompt. Rail cords are rather short when used at full extension (2.2m.) and finials do not appear to fit tightly, unlike other Integra rails which I have previously purchased.”
