Do not use this company if you need to contact them !!! Day three of constantly engaged telephone number. Day three of 'Live Chat not available' Day three of three automated emails confirming receipt of my emails - but not reply. Very disappointed as I have used them in the past and it didn't feel like 'an abandoned ship!'

paid and received a sample wallpaper - no problem - now there seems to be a problem with their system - several days now - emailed and have even tried calling and the number does not work Very frustrating as this is for a Client

Hi Placed my order on 21st June for two neo curtain poles, I am still awaiting delivery or any kind of response. I appreciate the difficulties that the transport company going bust may have caused, however I am still awaiting a reply to my numerous emails on how to resolve this situation. Do not shop here! - you will not get your goods! For starters, Your Stylish Home is a dormant company trading as Fresh Ideas Coventry. They are still taking orders but not performing any deliveries. They are no longer answering emails and have taken their phone lines and the online chat offline for both their sites. There are multiple people awaiting orders and refunds. - check Facebook.

I ordered curtain fabric from them over a week ago and cannot contact them by phone on either of their business numbers. Have tried emailing but only get an automated response. Have checked with company and still registered as open …to date. Website says they are experiencing problems with phone line but this has gone on for days now. Something seems dreadfully wrong!

We have placed an order with you in early June. We were told there would be several weeks wait, but we have no update. Worryingly your phone lines are dead. Emails are automated. We need to know if we can get our order or our money back, but it's impossible to contact you. I'm assuming you have gone into liquidation and we will never see our money again.

I have sent them 2 emails regarding my order, tried calling a number of times but the call will cut off. I have had 0 emails of correspondence for my order which I made a week and a half ago??? I bought from this company as I thought it would be a good experience given the previous reviews.

Do not order from this website!! I ordered rolls of off the shelf cole and sons wallpaper. I used an online calculator to work out the quantity which over estimated and I was left with one unopened roll. Customer services said I could not return this (which they still stock and sell) as it is a ‘made to measure product’. This is a ridiculous policy as it is clearly not made to measure. Totally unreasonable, will never shop here again.

Good morning, I'm sorry that you feel this way, however, just to confirm, as you are already aware, when you placed the order yourself online for this brand, you would have had to agree that this order cannot be cancelled or returned. The notice explaining this is very clear and can't be missed as acceptance has to be confirmed in order to place an order for this brand. As discussed, because you accepted these terms you also accepted that this order cannot be cancelled or returned. Our online calculator will give an estimate and also explains that: 'This calculator can only provide an estimate. Please consult your decorator for a personalised quote based on your room. We cannot guarantee the accuracy as we use general approximations for windows & door sizes as well as cutting/trimming'. Unfortunately, after paying almost 3.500 £ for a LE JOFA fabric designed by Kelly Wearstler we receive 14 meters of the fabric with a fault. See picture. We tried to make them understand we need to have a replacement for the order and they didn't care and said this can happen. Now we are in contact with LE JOFA company directly in the USA to help us. It is very unfair customer service. Take care because their prices are the lowest but you can have surprises like mine.

I have looked into the reference number that you have supplied and can see that the order you were referring to is for 3m of fabric. However, on a search for other orders you may have placed I have managed to find the order for 14m. As discussed, all fabric is always ordered directly from the brand to ensure our customers receive the newest stock and therefore the latest batch codes and as you are aware, your order was ordered from the brand and delivered from them directly to you. The brand confirmed that the fabric was not faulty and unfortunately and more importantly as you informed us that all the fabric had already been cut and your upholsterer had already made it up for you into the various panels that you needed and sent us the finished photos of. There is nothing we can do in those circumstances. We are an independent family-owned UK business that really cares about our customers and I’m sorry this may not be what you were hoping to hear however, we’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and I hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration. I can see that you order was shipped with the courier on 21st December and delivered on the first working day after the Christmas holiday. I ordered these blind kits specifically because your website stated the chain pull was white, not chrome like most others seem to be. I am very disappointed to find out that they are actually chrome, but I am unable to return as they are cut to size. I am very much hoping you will supply 2 white chains to replace the chrome ones, as this is what is stated in the product description.

Ordered roller blind & brackets. Originally told order for blind would be 14 wks but then received an email and dispatch note saying it would be delivered last Fri. As I was going to be out, I asked for delivery to local po. When I came home the envelope containing the brackets was posted through my letterbox but no info on the blind. Went to local po but they didn’t have the blind, they spent a long time trying to contact various people to find out where it was. Got a callback from parcelforce on Monday to say they only had 1 package (the brackets) but no blind. Had to contact your stylish home to be told, despite the fact my dispatch confirmed both items had been dispatched, my blind would not be delivered fir 14 wks. An email with instructions to ignore the dispatch note would have helped and saved my concern over a weekend and po employees wasting their time!!!!

Just to confirm, as you have mentioned, when you placed the order yourself online these particular blinds are flagged to advise customers that due to a global shortage of semi-conductors, VELUX solar & electric blinds are currently subject to industry-wide delays, currently 14-week delay. These are made to measure items, whereas the bracket isn't, which is why the bracket was sent first. Both items on your order are delivered to you directly from Velux with their selected couriers. I'm so sorry for any confusion caused by the emails you have received from the Velux couriers and we will of course contact them to make them aware of the confusion caused.
