I ordered poles thinking standard dark colour turned out to be much lighter than my window frames had to return and cost me a fortune to return not worth the awful experience

Sample size too small to be helpful. While it is good to be able to order wallpaper samples and the delivery was fairly quick, it was disappointing to find the sample was only A4 size. If you have a large pattern that is particularly unhelpful. It should at least been the width of the paper and the height of the pattern repeat.

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review regarding the size of a sample you received. Just to confirm, all samples are ordered directly with the brand and your sample was also delivered to you directly from them. I'm sorry that you were disappointed, however, it is standard across the industry that sample cuttings vary between 15x15cm, 20x20cm and 30x30cm depending on the design of the fabric/wallpaper. (This does vary between products and suppliers). All samples are redeemable against a future order, which I can see that you used this on your order for the wallpaper. For reference, most brands also offer larger samples, you would just need to call us to order as we can then check that the brand has them available. Process started well but once I had received wallpaper, gilver which looks like cream background with extra highlights of gold/copper/bronze around the wings, peacock eye tails and spots to the body using the magnifying tool to my amazement on opening found that the background and the lynx body was completely gold coloured. Nothing like the picture, and know computers can alter colours but not to that extent. Think someone needs to retake the picture. Once returned through your system took 2 phone calls to get a refund arranged.

Excellent service and extremely fast delivery, but was very disappointed with the wallpaper I brought ment to have glitter on and there was the odd speck of it, expected a high quality wallpaper for the price definitely not worth the money. I could of brought better wallpaper for half the price I paid. I am in the process of re decorating my whole house when the service was exceptional I thought I will definitely be using for the rest of my house as that was for the first small room, after opening and seeing the poor quality wallpaper for that amount of money I am now going to look else where as I’ve had much better quality wallpaper and cheaper else where before. A lot cheaper. But five stars for service and delivery, one star for the wallpaper.

Service from Your Stylish Home was excellent but was very disappointed in the quality of Christian Lacroix fabric! The pattern was running off and made perfect match on drops impossible, and I found a watermark blemish on part of it after making up. Not what you would expect from a manufacturer who charges extremely high prices for its fabric.

Stylish Home gave me excellent service - personal phone call, good price, prompt delivery. But I was extremely disappointed with the Christian Lacroix fabric I purchased! The Pattern was not square on the fabric and I had very great difficulty matching drops, and also I noticed after I'd made it up that there was like a blemish/watermark on the pattern. Considering this product has an extremely high retail price I thought it is very poor on behalf of the manufacturer.

I silent gloss rail is nice but I wasn’t sent flush fitting as I expected. Which is a pity. The Honiton rail is up but it was awkward as my grandson had to redrill the central link holes to get them level. The delivery was ok. I’d not use the service again without phoning to check what I think I’ve ordered is what I’m sent.

The choice of fabrics and the quality of the material I chose were excellent. However, my experience of shopping with you was marred by the cost of delivery to my home address, which was about the same price of the fabric.

Unfortunately, courier charges for 1m of fabric to be sent to the Orkney Islands are higher than mainland UK postcodes and I can assure you that you weren't charged what they charge us. The curtains are beautifully made, but I'm really disappointed that the smaller pair have simply been made 'smaller' by drawing up the header tape more tightly. They are made from the same amount of fabric and so look really bulky and overfull. Having paid so much for made to measure curtains it's very annoying to find that they aren't!

The service was good however very disappointed that as the paper has scratches on it. Unfortunately the decorator was here so we’ve had to put it up. It was very expensive and there’s nothing we can do now

Although I was happy with the purchase process and range of products, I have a major issue with the delivery company used. We did not receive any notification from them that the goods were being delivered and when we got home there was a box of curtain rings and finials for one set of poles but no poles. When I looked on the online tracking page it appears that the delivery driver had just scribbled a name to make out that I had signed for the package even though I had not as it had been left by the front door. I assumed that there would be a second delivery for the poles but then I received a phone call from a curtain shop in the village centre saying that the poles had just been left at their front door and not even signed for. Luckily my mobile number was on the delivery label otherwise they would not have been able to contact me and I would have not been aware the poles had been left.

I waited a long time for my small order to arrive and eventually phoned customer service to enquire as to its arrival. The response from customer service was good and I was informed of the delivery date. However, I was disappointed with the cushion as it was a little short of the correct size.

Ordered wallpaper which I’m very pleased with, but the number or rolls calculator on the site does not allow for large repeat patterns… so don’t rely on it… I’ve had to order another role and had to pay additional postage to get it … not good customer service. But the initial order arrived quickly and the product is good.

Quick service but heading of curtains is disappointing: rufflette does not stand up straight in nice pencil pleats as on other cheaper curtains I have.

The delivery charge was excessive, especially as the delivery was significantly delayed. I have complained to DHL as my parcel was sent from Hinckley to Exeter, back to Dudley and finally to Knowle. A very unsatisfactory experience which has caused me considerable inconvenience.
