Not wonderful so far. Order placed on 24/12 is projected to arrive late January - but I received no indication of that length of feed--in time until I enquired by email

Ordered 3 velux blinds and white Venetian blind 50mm wooden. Velux blinds worked and fitted fine. But not impressed with Venetian blind. Chipped edges were blind was cut exposing timber, pelmet not great, rope tilt controls and rope to pull blind up not close to the edge of blind more like 1/3 in from each edge and obscures view looking out and is very annoying unlike other blinds that I have bought from another company that have controls much closer to the edge of blind. Will be getting another one made elsewhere.

I order 2 curtain poles which were a combination I had to order in separate pieces but was informed at the checkout that i could not apply the discount code. I also order two packs of curtain rings and expected them to be for a pair of curtains but 2 packs arrived of only 6 rings in each - so clearly insufficient for 2 pairs of curtains. The poles were also warped.

Firstly I must apologise for the delay in responding to your review as due to Covid we have only recently come back to the office. Just to confirm that we currently have 3 offers on our website for curtain pole sets which unfortunately doesnt apply when buying parts of a set. The curtain rings are sold in packs of 6 (as per our website) which is why you would have received 12. How many rings a customer puts on their curtains is very much a personal choice. I am also aware that we asked for photos of the poles as we would of course have arranged replacements, however I understand that you have decided to put them up. We very much appreciate your feedabck and will look in to how we could make these things clearer on our website for our customers. Great items, and delivery was pretty quick. Only down side was that I received no confirmation email so I had no idea that the order had gone through until the item arrived at the house a week later!

Not easy fitting institutions for roof blind. Needs precise instructions for type of blind. Nothing about getting correct blind cord tension.

You offered a 10 % discount but said my product was already discounted therefore none given - your price was ok but same price a my local Brewers shop £85 for which I can then get a trade account discount and I think you claimed to be cheaper than RRP therefore no discount which most people sell at a lower price also . You said in stock despatched within 1-2 days and it didn't even go to a courier until 24 hours later so average at best and hope feedback helps

Good morning Sean, Thank you for your recent order and taking the time to review us. I'm sorry the 10% offer caused you confusion as it wasn't eligible as the item was already discounted 20%. I will pass your comment on to our marketing to see if the offer can be made clearer in the future. The wallpaper you ordered recently had a manufacturer price increase. Not all suppliers had applied the increase at that point, which I believe Brewers hadn't then but may have done now. This is probably why they offered the extra discount that ordinarily they might not have done. Your order was placed at 2:23pm on a Friday with tracking emailed 8:57am on the Monday and signed for the next day at 12:50pm. As your order was placed mid-afternoon it wasn't able to be despatched the same day which is why we allow 1-2 working days for delivery. Thank you for your feedback as we're always striving to keep customers happy with our high service levels and improve where possible. Wrong order received, however did get a quick response. Still waiting on the correct order to arrive and the wrong order to be returned via collection. Hopefully it will be fully resolved before too long.

Hello Service is very efficient. I was however disappointed that the pair of wooden curtain hold backs I ordered were different grains and not same stain finnish though both light oak. I wouldn't buy on line again as I do usually shop and choose products myself. Thank you

Ordered my wallpaper for next day delivery paid extra didn’t turn up that was the Wednesday the following tue still wasn’t here got a refund on delivery but had to rearrange decorator The wallpaper is nice

There is a need to sort out pricing. On the website it said one price and when I went to the checkout it came up 30p more per roll. Due to it being only a small amount and I didn't need many rolls I paid the difference

I have ordered a lot from yourselves - ordering is very efficient and helpful - one Critisisim is that I over ordered by 1 roll of wallpaper , return not a problem (which costs a lot obviously to return ) then you deducted postage your end too ?

However I can see you ordered four rolls of wallpaper and one tub of paste, you ordered the wallpaper at £70.81 per roll, and were refunded the value of £70.81 so no deductions were made from your refund.
