“Impossible to reach via phone, live chat or email. Lines don't work,emails are never responded to. For weeks.”

“Do not shop here! - you will not get your goods! For starters, Your Stylish Home is a dormant company trading as Fresh Ideas Coventry. They are still taking orders but not performing any deliveries. They are no longer answering emails and have taken their phone lines and the online chat offline for both their sites. There are multiple people awaiting orders and refunds. - check Facebook.”

“I ordered curtain fabric from them over a week ago and cannot contact them by phone on either of their business numbers. Have tried emailing but only get an automated response. Have checked with company and still registered as open …to date. Website says they are experiencing problems with phone line but this has gone on for days now. Something seems dreadfully wrong!”

“I had a set of 4 roman blinds made using the handmade service - the quality of workmanship on the blinds was second to none. The fabric had both a horizontal and vertical pattern repeat and Your Stylish Home staff phoned me to discuss which part of the pattern to use as the centre of the blinds and also where to set the top of each blind so all 4 blinds started on the same part of the pattern repeat. The blinds look superb.”

“Do not use this company if you need to contact them !!! Day three of constantly engaged telephone number. Day three of 'Live Chat not available' Day three of three automated emails confirming receipt of my emails - but not reply. Very disappointed as I have used them in the past and it didn't feel like 'an abandoned ship!'”

“paid and received a sample wallpaper - no problem - now there seems to be a problem with their system - several days now - emailed and have even tried calling and the number does not work Very frustrating as this is for a Client”

“Hi Placed my order on 21st June for two neo curtain poles, I am still awaiting delivery or any kind of response. I appreciate the difficulties that the transport company going bust may have caused, however I am still awaiting a reply to my numerous emails on how to resolve this situation. I am beginning to wonder whether you are still in business yourselves as”

“We have placed an order with you in early June. We were told there would be several weeks wait, but we have no update. Worryingly your phone lines are dead. Emails are automated. We need to know if we can get our order or our money back, but it's impossible to contact you. I'm assuming you have gone into liquidation and we will never see our money again.”

“I have sent them 2 emails regarding my order, tried calling a number of times but the call will cut off. I have had 0 emails of correspondence for my order which I made a week and a half ago??? I bought from this company as I thought it would be a good experience given the previous reviews.”

“Excellent website, easy to use. Chosen fabric for made to measure curtains, when they came, was exactly what I wanted. The quality of the curtains, including lining, metal curtain hooks, was fantastic. Added to which, the vastly reduced, amount I paid, was half of what I was quoted by other retailers. I have already recommended this website to my friends.”

“Everything so far has been quick in arriving, anything out of stock (wallpaper samples) have arrived but have just taken longer and I’m made aware of that on ordering which is so handy! I ordered 19 metres of material and it arrived 2 days later! Ive also ordered curtain poles too, even got one wrong so had to send it back, that was so easy and stress free to do! I will if possible order all what I need from this company as its great! Each time I order I have also gotten a discount code too👌🏻 Can’t fault anything so far! Its great!! Thankyou”

“I was apprehensive about ordering handmade curtains online from a company I had not dealt with before. But, you had the material I wanted and your reviews were very good. I was also impressed that I could have my curtains interlined. ( No one seems to do that now). I needed to replace my curtains in our small cottage, which were making the room dark. Friends said I was mad to spend so much on curtains. (Good job I'm my own person). When my curtains arrived, they were very well packed. I was SO impressed! Not only were they well made but the headings had been "pulled" to the right size and had metal curtain hooks in place! I have NEVER had that on handmade curtains before. I have great trouble pulling the headings on curtains as I have arthritis and tightening the cords hurt my hands. So, Your attention to detail is much appreciated. The curtains were Worth every penny. They look fantastic and match my Sanderson wallpaper too. A fantastic job. I am beyond thrilled. Thank you.”

“As always, our experience with your company was very good, that's why I have returned to you for my VELUX BLINDS 3 times. But when the blinds arrived, they both have only 1 side track, fitted with a black runner, and after fitting them, they do not run up and down. We contacted VELUX, and they are sending another set. I am VERY NERVOUS, that they will be the same. The help line to VELUX, did not know if the track should be on both sides. Very nice people, but RUBBISH PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.”

“Easy to order. Good manufacture. Simple to fit for strong person. Colour not quite as web photo. See my photo for blackout effect. I was expecting less light to show. I suspected the DPD emails about my Irish delivery to be spoofs. Not so. Coventry must have moved. I am getting used to the blinds and overall I am pleased.”

“Over the last 8 months I have had many many online orders from food, shoes, clothes, household equipment and I have never ever had such a speedy delivery. I could not believe when I saw a delivery man walking up my driveway less than 24 hours of placing my order, I live in Scotland and the location is often used as an excuse for longer than usual delivery not this company. 10 of of 10 thank you.”
