My order of some expensive material arrived but had only been packed in one layer of fairly thin plastic which was ripped in 3 places. It’s very lucky the fabric didn’t get dirty during the transit/delivery process. The packaging could be vastly improved.

Ordered blinds for the summer that took forever to come, now winter, even tho showing in stock will not be using again.

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the lead time for Solar and Electric Velux blinds due to a global shortage which didn't only effect Velux. Just to confirm, at the time you placed your order online the delay was showing a 14 week lead time and the following message: *VELUX Solar blinds are subject to industry-wide delays Due to a global shortage of semi-conductors, VELUX solar blinds are currently subject to industry-wide delays. This affects all merchants; be aware of anyone claiming quicker lead times as all VELUX remote controlled blinds are ordered directly through VELUX. Our latest lead time information for this product is directly from the latest lead time from VELUX. They have since made improvements and their current lead time for the Solar and Electric blinds is 4-5 weeks. Before I ordered your website said that delivery would take 4-7 working days. We are now on working day 11 post order and it still hasn't arrived.

Very slow delivery (ordered 6th Feb and not delivered until 1st March) but emails answered when I queried the delay. I have yet to hang the wallpaper. It looks just what I wanted although it feels like cartridge paper rather than wallpaper. I’m not sure it’s going to be worth what I paid for it but obviously you can’t try before you buy.

Nothing wrong with the item, but returning it was very difficult. I wanted to support a business that wasn't B&Q but it cost me £9 for delivery and was going to cost £20 to return it by courrier. Because I had taken out the item from the packaging I then wouldn't be able to have it refunded because they packaging had to be broken to get inside, so what was originally at total of £65 to get 3 curtain poles would have only resulted in me getting about £18 back. In the end I kept them all, trying to resell them, and gone to B&Q.

Just to confirm that you paid £9.95 delivery as you selected the faster 1-2 working days delivery, which then made your order be £64.34. When returning items we allow customers to return using their own courier should they prefer, as we know sometimes they can find it cheaper than we're able to offer at our £19.95 charge. Unfortunately, as explained we cannot accept returns for opened items where the packaging has been damaged in the process of opening it as it has to be in a resaleable condition. I’m sorry this may not be what you were hoping to hear however, we’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and I hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration. I bought too many rolls of paper, I returned the leftover roll & was only reimbursed with a credit note. I think in these times when we have to shop online more because of covid, that really disappointed me. However, I have recently used my credit note & ordered paper which I just didn't like. I had opened a roll so was told I wouldn't get reimbursed for that. I now won't return the 1 roll I would qualify for a credit note for because, I will need more wallpaper, we're doing our whole house up but I will grudge having to spend more money on your site because I am so let down by your service.

We ordered 3 roles and received only 1. Advising Stylish home they could not get the other 2 rolls to us for 3 days, 2 days after the decorators arrived.

Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I must apologise for the late response to your review, unfortunately due to Covid we have only recently come back to the office. Just to confirm, we always send wallpaper directly from the brand to ensure our customers receive that latest batch codes as customers often come back for an extra roll or two and by doing this they have a much better chance of the same batch being available. I'm so sorry the brand only delivered 1 roll on your order for 3 and they sent the missing 2 rolls as soon as possible as their lead time is 3-5 working days. Slow delivery time and gave the wrong date for delivery - this was important as I am now not able to get the delivery for a month because I won’t be at the address! Ok

I have given them this rating, and in the circumstances it is generous, since the goods have not yet been delivered and it is way past the advertised delivery of 7 - 10 working days. it looks like we will have to wait at least another 8 days according to the latest delivery update

Wallpaper ordered with a delivery expectation of 3 to 4 days. 10 days prior to the decorator now paper not arriving until 9 days after order. I was not informed and had to contact the company to ask about my order. The questions below not answered as delivery still not arrived.

I felt I have found a new good site to order the fabric as I order a lot for my business . However, not so impressed . It was such a good start - samples arrived very quickly, good discounts on well known names. Then I ordered 40 m of fabric, money was taken from my account instantly, then 2 days later I got an email to inform me that this fabric has been discontinued and refund will take up to 5-10 working days. After spending time again on site I have chosen the fabric, emailed to client , got conformation and then the price jumped up by £ 8 per m overnight !! What a headache !!
