The fit of the velux blind was simple but unfortunately as the remote was pushed to draw the blind one side just puckered constantly.

Difficult circumstances at the moment I know but it’s been a month since ordering our blinds and we’ve not had an update on any delivery date yet. Website suggested 7-10 days in this COVID period.

Contingency was made for damaging to packaing in that you had to advise delivery agent on acceptance. There was no contingency for unpacking the pool to find it missing a part. One of twop reoaettes holding the pe together at either end was missing. The problem only solved by the fact that the previous pole was of the same specification and parts had been retained.

Very bad at informing customers when the delivery has been dispatched and when the expected delivery date is. When I rang them a week later to find out where my order was they said the courier had tried to deliver twice. I had no notification of this.

Double curtain poles were very expensive and far from the best quality. The metal used is not the best and the brackets that the poles sit in are kept in place by a screw rather than a quality fitting. I have bought double curtain poles elsewhere and were of a very high standard and I was expecting this for these products, unfortunately that is not the case.

To date I have only received half my order. The curtain track arrived on time on Thursday 21st February but the motor was missing. The driver said he would deliver it on Friday. I waited in. He did not. Several phone calls to your office. I have still not received it.

Your courier failed to find my house on the first attempt, I gave them yard by yard directions and they failed find it on the second attempt, returned the items to you and failed to tell me. After two telephone calls to you items were finally delivered two weeks late. This experience will stop me from ordering from you in the future. Suggest you change your courier - I can't be the only one. They seem unable to read a satnav.

Prompt delivery service however I was very disappointed with the quality of the fabric. The product description stated the fabric is suitable for upholstery however it's very thin and I worry it will tear, so I have had to resort to adding a lining at an additonal cost. The sample of the fabric I received was of much better quality and much thicker.

I have received two blinds I ordered but found that the operation chains was poor on one and will be asking for a new one. It came with a connecting piece which is too fragile to work and we cannot work out how the join the chain together. The other blind had the chain already put on properly and so we can use it. The first one keeps coming undone. Am very unhappy wit the poor quality of the chain so will not order again.

The price, ordering and delivery updates were very good but unfortunately they were let down by the poor packaging of the fabric i ordered. We received it with a hole in the (very dusty) plastic wrapping which resulted in a dirty mark on the fabric.

The samples you sent were far too small. It was not possible for me to make an accurate judgement. I would rather of paid more for a larger piece. Every sample I received from other suppliers was larger than yours.

I bought 4 curtain tracks4 meters each, payed a lot for . it was not mentioned that they are split from the middle and joint so after fitting the curtain wouldn’t glide through. I had to buy 4 new tracks 4meters each in one piece. Very disappointed that it was not communicated. When you have an extra large window

The order arrived within the stated time 2-3 working days. However, the fabric had an obvious bad flaw (see photos) which really should have been spotted by the company before it was sent out. I appreciate I could have returned the goods but I needed the fabric for an urgent upholstery project and decided to work around the flaw. However in view of the high cost of the material I am disappointed.

I ordered 2 two solid oak curtain poles for my living room but they are different colours?? One is much paler than the other. I ordered 2 of the same product, they should at least match!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry to hear that firstly the delivery had an unexpected delay, and secondly that there were imperfections on your wallpaper. We have reviewed the order to see what has happened, with delivery it does show that there was two requests to change the delivery date to the 27/11 then to 28/11 from which we can see it was delivered on the 28th. With the wallpaper imperfections again we are very sorry to hear of this, we do ask that you contact us directly in relation to this so that we can start an investigation into this as we have not received any details regarding this and would love the opportunity to try and rectify any problems with the wallpaper, so if you could please contact us via email on sales@fashioninteriors.co.uk with supporting photo's so that we can take this up with the manufacturer that would be greatly appreciated.
