I ordered an item which should take 2-3 days to be delivered and arranged for a tradesmen to put up a curtain pole the day after the latest possible delivery date. It's still not here, I've had to explain to a frustrated tradesmen who has wasted a slot to do other work and when I contact customer services they have no way of tracking the parcel and tell me to contact them if it's not here tomorrow. Not impressed!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry that you have not received your brackets, from reviewing the order I can see that this was a Royal Mail service delivery meaning that unfortunately we are not able to track the order, I can see that you were advised at the time if they had not arrived by the weekend to contact us and we would arrange replacements to be sent. Placed an order and a week later it hadn't arrived. I called and they hadn't sent it and didn't know why. Service left a lot to be desired.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery of the first delivery order,but second order, had to phone as to why I hadn’t received it, wasn’t given a reason as to why it hadn’t been sent, was then told they would change the transporter, so it would get to me speedily, it’s due tomorrow!!!!!

Material is as described - however I had to chase delivery on the 9th august when order was placed on the 28th July Saying this material was despatched on same day with apology note via email Will see what next order placed is like before making decision

I ordered set of black velux blinds & I got the right size but the wrong colour, dark blue. Really not happy, it was for one of my property's, which is an hour away from me, only realise when they were up

Hello Mr Ben-Nathan, We are very sorry to hear that you have received the incorrect colour of blind, I can see from the order that these were indeed ordered as black coloured blinds and ordered with Velux as so. We can only put this down to a picking error when the order was being picked and despatched. the tub of harlequin paste I received was damaged , it split down the side when I opened box it came in iut had leaked out , I sent an email but was asked to send a photo which at time I couldn't as my camera on phone not working , I was going to ask family member to taken photo but my wheelie bin taken away with the tub

Unfortunately with paste we do have to get photo's of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund due to the nature of the paste. This is also to assist with arranging a replacement to be sent. It was a bit of a cheek to charge 98p for each sample of large-pattern wallpaper then only send an A4 size sample.

Hello, The cost of the samples are redeemable against your subsequent order. And so are in effect free-of-charge. I can see you didn't reclaim the cost of your samples so I have now setup a refund against your order for the samples costs. Larger samples are available on request, but most customers don't need such large samples. If you require larger samples in the future feel free to contact us directly. Fabric had a hole in it which I didn't notice until making the second curtain. I emailed you about this and attached a photo, expressing my dissatisfaction. Since I hadn't noticed this on my initial inspection you said that nothing could be done about it. As a seamstress with some years experience and a qualification in fashion and fabric I am absolutely sure it was not my error. I did manage to incorporate the hole into the side hem so in the end it does not show but I was disappointed with the service.

We do try our utmost best to ensure that the fabric is sent and received in the top condition.
