Wasn't told that the wallpaper I had originally ordered was out of stock until I made contact. Ended up having to order a different shade as I had booked a decorator.

service and delivery prompt. not happy with the product, blackout fabric certainly not 'easily draped' as described. I will not be able to use it, but cannot return it?

're bay window pole Very difficult to fit especially since instructions say after measuring the distance between left hand end to right hand end cut 300mm from main long pole when in fact we had to cut an extra 150mm off to fit!

The service was very quick and I love the material. Unfortunately, the person making my curtains found a flaw and had to waste some material cutting around it. Luckily she still managed to make the curtains but I have not enough left to make all the cushion covers I wanted, so I will be getting in touch for a refund or exchange when I get the pieces back from her (she forgot to bring them when she hung the curtains last week.)

Curtain track arrived on time and very well packed in a strong cardboard tube However the delivery company left the parcel by a neighbours gate at the side of the road 200 meters From our house This despite our house being clearly marked and we were in Five stars if good delivery company

Fabric arrived in good condition but delivery was supposed to be 1 to 2 working days and was actually 5. Annoying as I wanted to make the curtains during my week off.

We can however see the confusion that has occurred with this, as we do offer a service for a 1-2 working day lead time for and additional cost, however upon review of how this is presented we will be working to make this clearer on the website so as not to confuse ant further customers. Haven’t put wallpaper up yet so can’t comment in this however I would like to comment in your delivery of the product. My mum took delivery of the paper and the driver handed to her at the doorstep a king cardboard box. She put it down in the house on the carpet and later picked it up to move it and found the bottom of the box to be soaking wet through! She quickly opened the box to check the contents and luckily paper was sealed so no damage apparent although have not opened them yet! I was really concerned to hear that the box arrived so wet and the driver made no mention of this and clearly handed the box to her ins way to conceal the very wet end. Just want to draw your attention to this. Thank you

We are however sorry to hear that you have experienced some trouble with our wallpaper estimator and customer support team, from what I can see from the dimensions provided, it looks like unfortunately what had been left ticked was the account for windows and doors, which would reduce the quantity needed. We've just recently ordered orla kiely wallpaper of which was delivered very promptly (multi stem-seagreen) and on spending the whole evening hanging the wallpaper, taking a step back to have realised that there is a paint run in a couple of places, (see pictures) which to me spoils the overall appearance of the feature wall. Will await your response, hopefully we can some how resolve this. many thanks Lucy Marling.

Good afternoon Lucy thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm so sorry that it appears that the roll you recieved from Harlequin was faulty. As discussed today, please send me over the photos and I will organise the replacement for you. I have to say that it is very rare that a faulty roll is recieved from Harlequin as they have very stringent tests on their products and I'm sure that they will be just as disapointed that a roll has managed to leave their mill with a fault. Fabric was as ordered but - the package had obviously been sealed up en-route to me so could not have been packaged securely from the start point!

The two curtain tracks I bought with timers to open and close the curtains were straight forward for my son-in-law to put up. However the instructions for programming the timer were so complicated that neither he, myself nor my daughter could do it and the timer was the reason for buying them. Please will you send me a step-by-step "idiot's guide" to programming the timer so that the curtains close every day at 16.30 and open at 07.30. Thank you, and I'm sure it will restore my faith in what is obviously a good product.

You say 4-6 days for delivery but you do not dispatch for 7 days so is it 4-6 days from the order or from the dispatch date?

Hello Derek, Many thanks for your order and your feedback. I've looked into your order and can see that the lead time on your Clarke & Clarke fabric was 4-6 working days. You placed your order last Tuesday, and we dispatched this Monday for a next working day delivery. Thus, we delivered in 5 working days and within our advertised timescales. Ordered items on line, but 7 days latter, they had not been delivered, so I called customer services, who promised to investigate and call back. I didn't get that call, so I telephoned again. Customer service agent investigated there & then, & said there had been a probelm, & he would get items despatched to be delivered within 48hours. Alas, that didn't happen, so I called again. This time, the customer service agent, Neil, arranged despatch over-night and direct. Huurah! I got my stuff! So zero stars for intial service, but 5 stars to Neil for eventually owning and sorting the problem. Product is excellant BTW.
