Good morning, Thank you for leaving us review. As discussed, your order was sent directly from the brand by their selected couriers and I'm so sorry they didn't deliver when they were booked to. We are an independent family-owned UK business that really cares about our customers and this isn't the service we expect or pay for, for our customers and we have of course made a complaint about it. Awful, no refund given even though the wallpaper arrived three weeks earlier than It was supposed to, then said too late.

Just to confirm, as per our emails, unfortunately, whilst your order was shipped the next day, sadly it was lost in transit with the couriers. This in turn meant a replacement order needed to be sent and is the cause of the delay in you receiving your order. Doors out of line, door latch not attached, very dusty inside and outside, quality is about as good as firewood. Very unhappy all round

Your website states for the price match guarantee the following- Whilst you're on the telephone we'll review the details and if everything checks out we'll beat their price for you immediately. After the price I found was checked by advisor I was told I would be sent a quote by email which never happened and I had to call back twice to get a verbal quote which was more than the quote you had verified earlier. You blamed discounts but stating you will beat a quote verified and then not doing so seems very underhanded to me. Won’t be using in future.

Hence, we regularly check our prices against other competitors to ensure we offer great value all the time. However, if you think you've found the same product cheaper elsewhere, we'll happily beat it. In these situations we would check on the competitors website for the cost of the selected items and always beat the lowest price, as we did for yourself. The competitor offered a discount to you thats not on thier website, which as I'm sure you can appreciate, we can't verify. Unfortunately 2 of the boxes of 4 packs of curtain tiebacks were very damaged and the fixings for one missing. I received new fixings the following day after I contacted customer services, but these were the wrong ones. I ended up going to a diy store to buy some appropriate fixings. The boxes were so damaged, this must have been noticed before they were sent out. Very disappointed

Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry that the packaging of your order was damaged in transit by the couriers, resulting in missing screws and rawlplugs. I can also assure you when the holdbacks were sent the packaging was not damaged. We have also taken this issue up with the couriers as this is not the service we expect or pay for our customers. I have looked into this for you and can see that on the day you reported this to us, we sent out replacements on the same day with Royal Mail 1st Class. Had we been aware that they were either the wrong size or not delivered we could have sorted this for you. Ordered some wallpaper. A week later I realised I needed another roll but when I tried to order it they said that batch number had sold out. Also the wallpaper had gone up over £10 a roll within a week. Not very happy!!!!

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm so sorry that when you wanted to order more wallpaper that the brand no longer had any more of the same batch available. Just to explain, we always order direct with the brand to ensure our customers receive the latest batch codes and sadly by the time you came back to request extra rolls they had no more available and were waiting for new stock which would then be in another batch. For future reference, most customers who are unsure of how many rolls they need usually over order by 1 or 2 rolls as we do accept free returns on orders received within 30-days of delivery. I’m sorry this may not be what you were hoping to hear however, we’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and I hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration. I was extremely disappointed to receive a 35mm dia pole in ash when I thought had ordered oak. It wasn’t at all obvious on your website that this was only ‘oak effect’ and not oak at all. This was specially galling as it was at an oak price. Not only that but when I enquired about returning it your charge just to return it was also excessive at £20. Plus it was also dependent on you deeming it in new unused condition before a full refund would be given. Obviously all this successfully deterred me from making a return, which I can only conclude is the idea, given the extra hassle which would also be involved. I have consequently chalked this up as a bad experience and certainly, at the very least, won’t be recommending your services to anyone.

I only used this company for their fast 3-5 days delivery dates. An empty box was sent as the first part of the shipment and second shipment was sent to a different address by mistake. It caused me to miss my work deadline.

The items were ordered and paid for on 14th April and have still not been delivered. When I asked if you had a delivery date I received several email responses which said that the items had been despatched and would arrive on 28th April. I even received a delivery note. However, it now seems that they will not arrive until 5th May. I am disappointed that you did not advise me of the long lead time.

Very poor and light quality of curtain poles. Finals are made of plastic instead of glass!! Charging £20 for returns bad service overall!!
