The wallpaper was delivered to the wrong address, wrong address put on box but correct on delivery note.I had to knock on doors in time of Covid and ask strangers if they had it.Delivery company finally said they had delivered it to a house that they had not.

I'm so sorry for the mix up caused by the courier, as you know the correct address was on your order and there was no reason to deliver to somewhere else. I have taken this up with the courier as this is not the service we expect for our customers. Upto now 9 days after my order I still haven’t received my wallpaper which was on a 2 day delivery. I have emailed and still had no reply?

I ordered some wallpaper which was delivered to wrong address and left out in the rain all day, the box just fell apart and I had to cut 3 metre of damaged paper off the roll which then left me short and because I only had picture of where it had been left at wrong address outside and not the damaged paper you would not give me any good will and I was left to purchase another roll when this was the fault of your delivery company but I am now out of pocket by £50. Very disappointed and won’t be using you again sorry

I ordered and paid for a wallpaper sample 12 days ago and still hasn’t arrived. No reply to my email either. I will be spending about £600 on wallpaper but will not be using this company..no customer service.

We have now ordered online Sanderson wallpaper twice, and on both occasions, the wallpaper was in stock. I paid nearly £300 on each occasion and then I get an email next day saying the item we have ordered has been discontinued by the supplier. Why say they are in stock when they are clearly not.

I have had two wallpaper orders from you the second one you had taken my money May 2020 and I had the decorater already painting waiting for the wallpaper to come when I was told it was out of stock this also happened to myDaughterand in each case we phoned to find out where the delivery was to be told not in until August. That type of service gives you a bad reputation and also no pepeat business.

Ordered fabric samples on 20 July. Debited for them immediately but still not received them, two chaser e-mails ignored. Would not touch them with a bargepole, but want my money back.

We do aim to complete refunds within 3 working days, but we do advise it can take up to 14 days to complete at this time we are on 9 days. We have however, requested that the accounts team review and ensure this is reviewed and completed as soon as possible. Great service when promising things and taking money. after that, rubbish, promised and charged handsomely for next day delivery, no chance of that as my package wasn't even packed until late in the afternoon on the day I was supposed to receive it. Offer of refund subsequently retracted. Now 4 working days later (plus a weekend) and still no parcel, only help to track the parcel was to say 'look at the email'. Poor, very poor. If they can't get me a small tub of adhesive what chance something large - won't even think of using again.

I ordered 1 roll of wallpaper which arrived within 3 working days , GREAT. but It was damaged , I immediately sent an email & picture of the damage to you, which you accepted and agreed to send a new roll. 1 week later and after numerous phone calls and being told it was on its way by several of your staff I am still waiting. I haven't even received confirmation from a courier/post to say its on its way after being told on Friday it was getting sent express delivery. Its now Monday!!

Well I don't know what has happened with my delivery but it certainly isn't fast as aim still waiting, I ordered my fabric on the 23/5 and it's still not arrived and it's now the 4/6 I've contacted customer services who have responded quickly and have told me my goods should hopefully be with me soon , I have spends several days trying to contact TNT who are apparently delivering my parcel , I was told it would arrive on the 2/6 then told it's out for delivery for the 3/6 still not arrived , I've had to contact both yourself and TNT again today to find out what's happening, not had a reply from you as yet , but TNT have promised my parcel will arrive today, but I have yet again to wait in all day as no delivery time , as you can imagine i am very disappointed,

DO NOT use this company. They withheld 10% back of an order I paid for, that THEY could not deliver on. They told me they could complete my order and then cancelled my order and would not give me my money back. Absolute con artists. BE AWARE and read the reviews on them I did not and now i have seen they often do this!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, I am sorry that you feel that we are in your words con artists. We must disagree heavily with your points in relation to what has happened on the order in November. You had placed and paid for a made to measure bay curtain pole that required 4 bends, you had then requested that the order be processed as 6 bends, we had advised at that time that we could not produce this with 6 bends due to the nature of the returns into your room and had look into the possibility of other tracks. You had requested at this point that we cancel your order as per our terms when it comes to any item that is made to measure that cancellation would incur a 10% reduction due to the amount of man hours that had gone into the order in producing diagrams and where the items get to in production. As you had decided you had changed the order and we were unable to affect the full change due to restrictions on the tracks being able to bend to your needs you had requested the cancellation for refund after being offer alternatives. We do advise that any made to measure curtain track has the form completed before placing the order to ensure that you can get a full and accurate quote so that there are no loss of expectations before placing an order. so its J yarker again, read recent review! my damaged wallpaper roll was not replaced before decorators arrived they were horrified worh state of box and roll they have cut 2-3 m off damaged roll. Fashion interior have said they are atill waiting to here back from suppliers whether to give full or partial refund!!! its been up over a week! ive head nothing im doing all the email asking where upto! unbelievable service never again! spread the word im bak to wallpaper direct so much better service- wouldbe customers do the same!

Order placed and paid extra for next day delivery, specifically because items were needed for decorator booking over bank holiday weekend - ordered on weds afternoon and did not get delivered until following Tuesday PM. Appreciated delay would be likely due to bank holiday, however called to query this on the Saturday and got quite rude person telling me that it was my fault as I had 'missed' this info on their website saying that delivery would be a week later, pretty sure if this was clearly displayed I wouldn't have gone on to pay extra for next day delivery that was going to take 6 days to arrive. No apology or offer of refund for next day delivery charge, just said this was my fault. Won't be ordering from them again, poor customer service.

i HAVE STILL ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, i HAVE EMAILED YOU AND STILL NOT HAD A REPLY!!! AND YET SOMEONE WAS SUPPOSE TO GET BACK TO ME ON MONDAY! STILL WAITING! wouldnt know if the item was damaged as I have still not received it!!!!!!
