Rail delivered with missing all ceiling brackets and fixings. Guy came to fix it charged me day rate as he travelled a distance.but unable to complete the job. Neil was supposed to call back immediatelyto see if brackets were in transit but he never called !!! Atrocious service !

Purhased 3 rolls of wallpaper at a cost of over £200. The last roll to be applied had different size of pattern so returned and a replacement roll was sent. This one had the same problem. As we could not get a match for the 2 rolls that were already on the wall I requested a refund for the entire order... which customer service manager agreed to. Weeks later still no refund received, then got told they would only be refunding one roll of paper as we didn’t return the first 2. I said they could come and peel the first 2 off the wall because that’s the only way they could be returned. So now have a half finished wall and no funds to replace the paper and to re-pay decorators. Have been told they are unwilling to assist me any further and are no longer replying to emails. Worst customer service treatment I have ever received.

Naturally we are very sorry to hear of the inconvenience that you have suffered with the wallpaper having a varying pattern print. We are aware from time to time this does happen. We do try our utmost best to get the necessary replacement rolls were sent and to rectify this issue. We do appreciate that these situations do get frustrating and do require care and attention for them to be handled properly. Upon reviewing your order we can see that at no point had we ever agreed a full refund for your order along with remaining in contact with you, also the last communication from you since talking to you on the same day that you had emailed earlier that day. The website image was completely different to the product. The colours were totally different. Customer services were deeply unhelpful: the person I spoke with spoke to me with real contempt in his voice.

We have reviewed the emails and phone calls that you have made, to our company, from review of the telephone call we have not detected any contempt in the agents voice, as they had asked if it was a case of incorrect fabric after your report as to which they had advised that they will require a photograph so that they could confirm this with Prestigious. Upon reviewing the email that you have sent over we agree with Prestigious with the colour being correct unfortunately the sample order you had placed did not have this particular fabric in the request and this may have caused the confusion. Product ok, dispatch leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered 12 days ago and 2 emails & 2 calls to customer service later I’m waiting for urgent delivery - tomorrow. DEEPLY UNIMPRESSED by lack of communication. Will not buy from them again.

Good afternoon Linda Flintoft, Thank you for your patience whilst we investigated where this despatch failed. We are very sorry that you encountered such delays with your delivery. We originally posted the rings via the delivery method you chose (Royal Mail). This despatch went directly from our supplier to you which is a procedure we had in place until around 10 days ago and we were unaware that you had not received them until 27th June when you spoke to one of our team to highlight this problem. We agreed to resend the rings but what we hadn’t factored in was a change in our normal procedure whereby we get the rings and other smaller items sent to us first before sending them on to customers and this added days to the replacements being sent and we are very sorry for this added inconvenience. As a token gesture we agreed to upgrade the delivery service free of charge to a DPD courier to get them to you within 24hrs rather than relying on the postal service. Please accept our apologies once again for the unacceptable delay you encountered and we have reviewed not only this order but our entire despatch procedure to ensure this is not repeated. As instructed I checked the roll of fabric for correct colour and condition and all appeared OK. I didn’T unroll all 14 meters to check condition. As I started to make the curtains I noticed that as the fabric was unrolled it became rather dirty at the edges, and the last few meters were very creased with dirty marks on the fabric pattern and at the edges! I had already started to cut the drops as fabric looked initially OK, but the dirty creased fabric was hidden. I won’t be ordering from you agai. This fabric was quite expensive at £34 per m, and I could have ordered elsewhere at the same price. Very disappointed.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced communication troubles with our company. Upon reviewing your order, we can see that you had reported that one roll of wallpaper was damaged, which a replacement was sent, unfortunately you had then continued using the original rolls meaning that we could not then offer further compensation as we had fulfilled the replacement, of which you had then sent back by your own choice to attempt to obtain a full refund for the roll. As we had already honoured the replacement roll and you had decided to continue to use the original rolls this had put us in a position where we could not help further on this, and also could not refund the returned roll as you had used your full order and the roll you had sent back was not eligible for refund on the basis you had not paid for three rolls and had accepted the condition of both rolls received in your initial delivery. Poor quality paper, and very poor customer service after. Sent a complaint along with pictures of faults on paper, had to contact you again for a reply, Finally got a reply informing me that you were looking into it further and discussing with management. Almost 2 months later and still not heard anything. So from this maybe you can understand the reason for my 1 star rating.

Hi I ordered next day delivery at 10:39am and received a message stating delivery to be 2 days later. I allowed this to pass yet it did inconvenience my decorator. The decorator and I waited for the delivery two days later and this did not arrive until 4:3o that day. So I ordered on Monday at 10:3o and received the paper on Wednesday after 4pm. This inconvenience caused wasted time for the decorator and myself.

I have looked in to this order for you and I understand that you may have thought that you had selected the next working day option, however unfortunately you didn't as you opted for our free delivery service which has a lead time of 2-3 working days and your order was delivered in 2 days. I'm sorry that you felt disaponted but as there is a charge for delivery for the next working day, if this is not selected then it won't be delivered next day but will fall to the published lead times for free delivery, which in this case is 2-3 working days. I ordered three lined roman blinds to be made up in a Sanderson fabric. When the blinds arrived two out of the three were poorly made - they do not hang properly. They are uneven and the sewing quality is terrible on one side of each blind. Even worse is the quality of the linings - cheap and flimsy. As a result, the blinds look terrible on the windows. Customer service has been appalling in handling my complaint. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I am now having the blinds re-lined and remade - at huge cost.

Wallpaper all arrived safely and originally I was very pleased with the service, but then I needed to return 3 rolls of paper, please beware of the extended returns policy where they charge you an additional 25% restocking fee if you return items after 14 days and before 3 months. Even though I had previously expressed my intention to purchase through them again there was no movement to keep me as a happy customer, not even the offer of a credit note, I shall go elsewhere.

We are sorry to hear that you feel that we have treated you unfairly with the restocking fee that was applied to your account, usually with wallpaper it is the case that we would not take back less than 5 rolls, however as we understand there are going to be very few customers that actually have 5 rolls to return, we amended our returns policy to less than 5, also we extended our returns policy outside of the 14 day returns time set out by the consumer rights, we do allow our customers to return within 3 months as we do understand that not everyone is going to have their decorating done immediately, and still allows customers to recoup some cost if they have indeed over ordered. From reviewing your contact with us we can see that the returns process was handled through email, in the initial response you were given the returns policy link to review and ensure that you were happy with the returns processes before sending it back. We once again extend our apologies if you feel that you have been mistreated in some way, but as a company we do have to ensure that we treat all customers fairly. Wallpaper didn't arrive when I called was assured it would come the next day, they sent the wrong paper the next day. I then ordered some giliter described paper for a different room and it didn't have any giliter on it looked nothing like the picture. Ordered a different paper waited 4 days for delivery and called to find it wasn't in stock had to be refunded, All in all I spent around £700 and spent most of my time on the phone. Dreadful service wouldn't recommend.

Hello Mrs Stevenson, We are very sorry to hear of the trouble that you have experience with your order, I have been reviewing your orders with ourselves, from what I can see on the orders, we can see that you had purchased two different wallpapers from us. Upon review of these orders, we can see that one was indeed shipped later than intended, and was sent two days after the estimated time of despatch and delivery, we are investigating this with our warehouse and manufacturer to find out what has happened. With relation to your comments regarding the wallpaper being described as "glitter" we have checked over both designs that you have ordered and reviewed the items and we cannot find any description of glitter, in relation to the wrong wallpaper, wallpaper being out of stock and refunds being applied to your account, unfortunately I believe this may be in relation to another company as we have not had any of your wallpapers logged as out of stock at any point nor any discussions regarding refund. Once again we do apologise for the delay that you did suffer for your wallpaper and paste delivery and do hope that both your wallpaper orders were to your satisfaction.
