“I ordered some wallpaper which was delivered to wrong address and left out in the rain all day, the box just fell apart and I had to cut 3 metre of damaged paper off the roll which then left me short and because I only had picture of where it had been left at wrong address outside and not the damaged paper you would not give me any good will and I was left to purchase another roll when this was the fault of your delivery company but I am now out of pocket by £50. Very disappointed and won’t be using you again sorry”
