Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. Firstly I must apologise for the late response to your review, unfortunately due to Covid we have only recently come back to the office. Just to confirm, we always send wallpaper directly from the brand to ensure our customers receive that latest batch codes as customers often come back for an extra roll or two and by doing this they have a much better chance of the same batch being available. I'm so sorry the brand only delivered 1 roll on your order for 3 and they sent the missing 2 rolls as soon as possible as their lead time is 3-5 working days.
