“Your website states for the price match guarantee the following- Whilst you're on the telephone we'll review the details and if everything checks out we'll beat their price for you immediately. After the price I found was checked by advisor I was told I would be sent a quote by email which never happened and I had to call back twice to get a verbal quote which was more than the quote you had verified earlier. You blamed discounts but stating you will beat a quote verified and then not doing so seems very underhanded to me. Won’t be using in future.”

Good morning, Thank you for your review. Just to confirm that we offer a 'Lowest price guarantee'. We are always keen to ensure you as the customer get the best value you can find. Hence, we regularly check our prices against other competitors to ensure we offer great value all the time. However, if you think you've found the same product cheaper elsewhere, we'll happily beat it. In these situations we would check on the competitors website for the cost of the selected items and always beat the lowest price, as we did for yourself. The competitor offered a discount to you thats not on thier website, which as I'm sure you can appreciate, we can't verify. I’m sorry this may not be what you were hoping to hear however, we’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and I hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration. “Very quick service but no email /message to confirm order so left wondering whether order had gone through until dispatch message came thru a few days later. Very speedy and efficient service otherwise. Communication to confirm order being processed would be a big improvement”

“Very good - I had a little issue with the email confirmation coming through to me, I contacted the sales team and the issue was resolved immediately by Dawn, who was very helpful. Delivery was swift and fabric was very well packaged and arrived in mint condition.”
