Just to confirm we do accept full or part orders of (unused/unopened) wallpaper returned within 30 days of delivery and we also have an easy-to-use Collect+ system. “My purchase arrived well packaged. Did it arrive on time? I don't know. The 4 / 5 working days was, admittedly, over the jubilee holiday so I didn't expect it to be quick but a tracking facility would have been handy. Would I use Your Stylish Home again? Yes.”

“Telephone shopping experience was excellent. However I was told by DHL that I would have a delivery on the 8th. After waiting in at 8.30pm I was told that the delivery was delayed until the 9th between 3.50-4.50pm. On the tracking system it did not leave the depot that day There is no information or delivery today 10th therefore I do not have fabric and I am anxious.”

“Delivered in a timely manner. Looks great and fittings feel class BUT the brass eyelets of the rail rings did not accept standard curtain hooks as the holes were not sufficiently large.”

“Three sets of wrought iron curtain poles ordered. One arrived with wrong set of finials. Rectified immediately and received next day. Great quality poles and superb after sales service to rectify error, exactly what good customer service should be.”

“Wonderful, wallpaper arrived really quickly and delivery driver left in cupboard as I was out. The box it was packaged in was brilliant, very strong and sturdy and my 3 rolls of wallpaper were in pristine condition. Thank you!”

“Great customer service, I think it was Karen who I spoke with on the Wednesday before the long bank holiday. She very helpfully rang the supplier and had them deliver the wallpaper on the Saturday after the bank holiday. Great service.”
