“I contacted them to see why I hadn't received my order and was told it was out of stock when I ordered which I didn't know but they would send it as soon as it came back in stock. However within a few days I had received my order and I was very happy with my purchase.”

“Whilst ordering, I had a query with my order, called customer services and line was engaged, so left it for a while. Few minutes later, I tried again, very helpful young man gave me another code number and everything was plain sailing from thereon. About five minutes later I received a call from Customer Services saying they had noticed my unanswered call and could they help! This was a lovely surprise, probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Oh, and the fabric is excellent too, and delivery speed exceptional. Great experience, keep up the good work, 😀”
