“I cannot fault the company with my purchase. I ordered by phone as I needed to ask questions and these were dealt with professionally. Items were at a competitive price on the internet. Delivery date was arranged to fit in with my commitments. I would be confident to order with them again.”

“The lady who took my order was fantastic and the material I ordered is exactly as I expected. There were a couple of blips with my order which meant one part of it didn't come at all until I chased it up and I also got a message to ring them whilst on holiday which was a bit of a hassle but I would use again and would recommend.”

“Fabric arrived in good condition but delivery was supposed to be 1 to 2 working days and was actually 5. Annoying as I wanted to make the curtains during my week off.”

Hello Juliet Hodson, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we have had a look into the order I can see that this is was selected for standard delivery, which with the fabric and lining you had ordered was 4-6 working days. We can however see the confusion that has occurred with this, as we do offer a service for a 1-2 working day lead time for and additional cost, however upon review of how this is presented we will be working to make this clearer on the website so as not to confuse ant further customers. “Great service and good quality. The curtains were really well made and hang beautifully, they didn’t even need ironing thanks to the way they were packaged. The curtain pole exceeded our expectations for its quality and the excellent packaging. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again in the future.”
