“Great site and range of choice Took 4 days to get delivery at a high cost of £6.95 should and could be next day delivery for that price As a returning customer would have been nice to receive a discount voucher for repeat orders”

“so its J yarker again, read recent review! my damaged wallpaper roll was not replaced before decorators arrived they were horrified worh state of box and roll they have cut 2-3 m off damaged roll. Fashion interior have said they are atill waiting to here back from suppliers whether to give full or partial refund!!! its been up over a week! ive head nothing im doing all the email asking where upto! unbelievable service never again! spread the word im bak to wallpaper direct so much better service- wouldbe customers do the same!”

As you have stated you had received the wallpaper damaged and had provided photographs that had unfortunately shown no damage to the wallpaper. We have been discussing with yourself the possibility of getting a partial credit or refund back to you on the information provided however this is not a quick process. We have today agreed a partial credit which has been emailed to yourself, once again we are sorry that you feel our service has been subpar and we will work on everything possible to keep good communication with our customers. “Wow! M2M curtains and roman blind arrived today- absolutely perfect. The quality looks and feels amazing, the sizing is perfect, easy to fit, could not be happier. We triple checked our measurements before ordering and used the guide on the website and are delighted with the results. Exceptional value - we were quoted £690 more for exactly the same curtains and blinds at a well known department store. Also arrived much quicker than expected (less than two weeks from ordering). Thank you so much!”
