“I have had two wallpaper orders from you the second one you had taken my money May 2020 and I had the decorater already painting waiting for the wallpaper to come when I was told it was out of stock this also happened to myDaughterand in each case we phoned to find out where the delivery was to be told not in until August. That type of service gives you a bad reputation and also no pepeat business.”

“I recently ordered a roller blind and received excellent customer service in supplying samples which the website said weren’t available. Crystal ordered them for me from the manufacturers and they arrived really quickly. This is not the first time I’ve used fashion interiors, they are a good company to deal with.”

“Dawn was most helpful explaining to me I had purchased the wrong curtain pole for my needs and spent time showing me another curtain pole which is what I should have ordered. Also she helped me arrange courier to return wrong item. Very patient and pleasant to deal with.”

“Amazing customer service. The advisor was really helpful and called to confirm that the order had been despatched as we were desperate for the wallpaper having been let down by a different store. The advisor was honest about the timeframe for receipt of the order and it was then received even quicker. Very impressed and will definitely be using for my next wallpaper order.”
