“Your Stylish Home promptly sent a wallpaper sample when we requested one. The cost of the sample was deducted from our wallpaper and paste purchase which was very fair. The website was clear and it was easy to follow the purchase procedure. The cost of the wallpaper was very competitive which sealed the deal for us. Packaging was excellent and delivery was prompt.”

“Unfortunately, after paying almost 3.500 £ for a LE JOFA fabric designed by Kelly Wearstler we receive 14 meters of the fabric with a fault. See picture. We tried to make them understand we need to have a replacement for the order and they didn't care and said this can happen. Now we are in contact with LE JOFA company directly in the USA to help us. It is very unfair customer service. Take care because their prices are the lowest but you can have surprises like mine.”

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I have looked into the reference number that you have supplied and can see that the order you were referring to is for 3m of fabric. However, on a search for other orders you may have placed I have managed to find the order for 14m. As discussed, all fabric is always ordered directly from the brand to ensure our customers receive the newest stock and therefore the latest batch codes and as you are aware, your order was ordered from the brand and delivered from them directly to you. The brand confirmed that the fabric was not faulty and unfortunately and more importantly as you informed us that all the fabric had already been cut and your upholsterer had already made it up for you into the various panels that you needed and sent us the finished photos of. There is nothing we can do in those circumstances. We are an independent family-owned UK business that really cares about our customers and I’m sorry this may not be what you were hoping to hear however, we’d love to have you back as a customer in the future and I hope this experience won’t taint your view of us when taking all the above into consideration. “Very efficient and speedy service. You agreed to sell me the wallpaper of my choice at a price lower than you were advertising. I managed to find the wallpaper on another website quite a bit cheaper and you agreed to honour the competitor's price. My order was dealt with by Rachel very efficiently and also arrived within 48 hours. Excellent service. I will definitely use Your Stylish Home again and will be recommending you to others.”
