“Brilliant service from placing the order to delivery. I ordered quite a bold fabric and was pleasantly surprised to receive a call explaining that it was quite a bold fabric to make sure I was aware of what I was ordering. My curtains arrived within the specified time scale and look amazing. A great service, thank you”

“Arrived quickly undamaged, well priced but poles made up of quite short spliced lengths which are noticeable if stained but fine if painted and 1 out of 4 slightly out of true but acceptable.”

“Order placed and paid extra for next day delivery, specifically because items were needed for decorator booking over bank holiday weekend - ordered on weds afternoon and did not get delivered until following Tuesday PM. Appreciated delay would be likely due to bank holiday, however called to query this on the Saturday and got quite rude person telling me that it was my fault as I had 'missed' this info on their website saying that delivery would be a week later, pretty sure if this was clearly displayed I wouldn't have gone on to pay extra for next day delivery that was going to take 6 days to arrive. No apology or offer of refund for next day delivery charge, just said this was my fault. Won't be ordering from them again, poor customer service.”
