“Customer service is wonderful they respond fairly quickly. The price could be slightly less due to not getting a ton of things in the box or they could keep the price the same but add more items. Delivered fairly quickly for how far it Has to come usually here by the 15th of the month.”

“Box came quite quickly and the items are all great quality and so adorable! I'm so happy with everything that came in the box! The only reason I put 4 and not 5 stars is because I thought the box brought more items. Thanks for the cute things!”

“Really cute and well made items. Happy I'm able to skip boxes I'm not that interested in and the streak bonuses are a nice perk. However, I'm bummed that shipping to usa changed from dhl to something else that delivers to a usps shipping partner and then to usps to deliver. It now takes almost a month vs a week with dhl delivery.”

“I have gotten 2 YumeTwins boxes so far. The delivery was pretty quick (1-2 weeks) for shipping to Canada.I have really liked both of them. The items are very cute and unique. There is usually one big item and the other items are small.”

“Shipping was super fast as usual I got my box within a week! One thing I wish Yume would do is ask maybe colour preferences if possible. I love this box but I’m not a huge of fan of pink and was hoping I’d get the Rilakumma pouch or the Sumikko Gurashi one. But other than that I love the rest of the items!”

“I love the idea of receiving kawaii good from Japan! Most of the items that I have received so far are super cute! I was a little bit disappointed in a couple of items but overall I am satisfied.”
