“When logging in to check your account status and cost, it does not include the shipping. Even though is says "Monthly Cost." When this came up on the last time I got a box and I questioned it, they explained all the breakdowns and apologized. They could not cancel my order, as I was ordering based on the renewal price I could see, but they did throw in a bonus item for the confusion.

Although I think they rest back on the laurels of sanrio a little too often and I dislike how many item designs are randomized, I can always count on them to have a decent selection of licensed and official merchandise for a decent price.”
“The box feels a bit cheap lately (but what doesn't) and I'm not sure if I'm having bad luck, or they just give out what doesn't sell well in Japan because I feel like we get the least cute thing of the options they show in the monthly catalog. Ok that's the griping aside, now the good. The items are usually so cute we can't wait to show them off. I have been able to regift quite a few items and make my friends insanely happy. The quality is actually really good on most of the stuff, no pulling, no loose threads, well stitched. The stuffed animals are always a hit! We have had maybe 12 boxes over time, and I like subbing for three months and turning it off again because the stuff can pile up. I would appreciate a few more stationary and functional items cause there is only so much room in ur house for the miscellaneous stuff.”
