“I think the items are good quality and very cute, however I think there should be more items per box, I don’t think that it’s worth 50+ dollars per month for the quantity of items that we are provided.”
“I won a contest but I've seemed to have been charged instead of winning the boxes. It said I won 3, but they said 2, and then I pay for shipping. I love the items, but it feels kind of scummy.”
“I love the boxes and have been getting them off and on since 2016, however lately the charge through customs is making me rethink the subscribtion as although the items are cute I dont think their almost 80 dollars month cute 🙃”

This August 2022 box was just alright. I would have like for the plush to be on the bigger side, stationary and trinkets, overall it wasn’t bad, but compared to previous ones I received this wasn’t all that for me”
“I’m a little bit disappointed, the only item that I really like is the pain item which is the magical Nyan plush controller, but even that doesn’t look like the pictures, it came flat packed in its packaging and hasn’t expanded very much since I’ve opened it. The socks are nice, but they’re quite big. The Kirby mini figurine is very disappointing, I received king dedede which I don’t really like. The Pokémon juice can pouch was also a bit disappointing, I received piplup. The mystery item is ok, it’s like a little notebook. Overall I feel like it wasn’t worth the money. It also look them longer than they estimated to ship out my box. It took nearly a month for me to receive it.”
“I received the December box as a holiday gift that just arrived today… I loved the products but the delay also means I do not get to participate in the contests… fortunately it was not a seasonal box or this would have been even more disappointing. Also customer support was not very “supportive” during the delay, and the Japan Post site is hard (for us) to navigate.”
“Customer service is okay. I was disappointed by the impact of the pandemic and YumeTwins response to delays and shipping. I was forced to pay an extra $10-$11 per month if I wanted to receive my box without waiting for months for it to arrive overseas. Some boxes really get it right, others disappointing and boring. November 2020 was not great in my opinion and one of my items came defective with the zipper sewn into the bag.”
