“I do not reccomend this and here is why: For starters this took way too long to arrive and for 20 days the tracking was stuck in the same place The company was super unhelpful as they could not provide a definite awnser for its whereabouts. If it was lost they would have sent next months (which would be something I did not want) and no refunds! Also for the first time something I bought outside of Europe went through costums! Adding to the fact that the box itself is allready super overpriced you get 4 tiny! Things and stickers I had to pay extra! Lastly they did not use the correct name on the box but the accounts name I would suggest taking litteraly any other box for kawaii stuff 😅 as this one had only mystery picks and you can't even guarantee you will get the things you like”

“Downside to gacha I guess is when it fails. It was odd to me this was marketed as larger than other previous boxes, when all of the things inside could have easily fitted in a normal box (and have, as the plushie was one I already had, and Q-Posket figures aren't unusual to see in other boxes as I've received one before). 3 of the items are small enough to be held in one hand together (two small keychain plushies and a micro noodle lid figure), and the only thing of value is the Q-Posket figure who is from an anime I've never heard of. Bit of a bummer as overall the cost of this box is definitely lower than previous months!”

“The "big box" was pure disapointment. First, I paid very expensives taxes...Well, why not. But I got a very ugly figure that no one will ever wants to own. I then got 4 plushies, no accessories, nothing for the house... and the plushies weren't their best at all...I wish I could get my money back.”

“This box is garbage, I'm extremely frustrated that I have another three months of this. Not worth your money at all! They use to be great now they're full of cheap products. The majority of the products are their own brand or dollar store stuff. I haven't received one useful item or one that I've actually liked out of 6 months.”

“I ordered the April box back in 2020 and I have, from today March 10th 2021, still not received it. Their unhelpful customer service keep replying with automated messages telling me to patiently wait for it to show up or get shipped back to their warehouse. I have been waiting for A YEAR. My bank was unfortunately not able to withdraw the money since I’d been waiting an extended amount of time - not sure if this was an intended tactic from Yumetwins. Either way super disappointing and but keep this in mind if you’re box is “delayed”. If you subscribe to Yumetwins and your box doesn’t show you should be aware customer service won’t be able to help you. I’d consider looking for another company to spend your money on.”
