“The box arrived within 2 days all the way from Japan to Europe. I didn't expect it so fast especially during the pandemic. This is my first box and I'm pleasantly surprised about the content. The products arrived in perfect condition and are of great quality.”

“YumeTwins and JapanHaul have been working what is seemingly around to clock to provide comforting and cute items to their "family" across the globe during the pandemic and the more I get from them, the closer I feel as a customer. This kind of service is rare these days and should be applauded. Any of these boxes is sure to delight and for a die hard kawaii fan, this box hits the spot!!! Customer service is top notch and delivery is amazing so long as you use DHL during the pandemic. If you have an issue, you need to save your box to be able to have it fixed.”

“So I first bought this box for me and my daughter to get cute things for us to share. I did this around the time the pandemic was just ramping up in the u.s. and because of that the mail was tenuous I was worried about getting anything. But I thought the cuteness would help take our minds off what was happening. Unfortunately our first box didn't reach us until July, we subscribed in April. That was a bummer but Yumi twins were easy to contact and helpful with trying to figure out when/if the box would ever arrive. Once it did arrive we loved it and I renewed my subscription the next day. The August box arrived quickly and with no trouble. Everything in it is super cute and most of the items are actually useful, ex. ice pack, reusable bag. I would recommend highly, it brings a little joy to the day and adds a bit of cuteness that we could all use”
