“I absolutely love getting mystery boxes, not knowing what exact item I’ll be getting and it’s even nicer when it’s not just one item but many more. In the off chances I don’t have a use or don’t like a certain item, I find someone that would like to have it and gift it to them, they make for great gifts for one self Or beloved family and friends”

“The first box was lackluster. I try to give these services the benefit of the doubt and go one more month- especially with the mega box theme for March. Well it came today and I felt like it was just an assortment of small plush and the world's smallest figure. Nothing really as advertised like a real size figure or something amounting to the $120 estimated value. I'm only giving the two stars for this because the merch is from large companies like sanrio but unless you want to drown in mini plush this is not worth your money.”

“I got really excited for the big mystery box, but it was a huge disappointment. I usually love my box since it always has something useful, characters I love or just really cute stuff, but not this time. My ‘big plushie’ that was the main selling point ended up being a halloween pillow that I already got from another box, then I got two smaller plushies of characters I don’t know and definitely don’t qualify as cute or ‘kawaii’ and a hideous monster lady figure. The only good thing was a small pompompurin plushie which is adorable, but definitely not worth the money I paid for this.”

“The "big box" was pure disapointment. First, I paid very expensives taxes...Well, why not. But I got a very ugly figure that no one will ever wants to own. I then got 4 plushies, no accessories, nothing for the house... and the plushies weren't their best at all...I wish I could get my money back.”

“I won a contest but I've seemed to have been charged instead of winning the boxes. It said I won 3, but they said 2, and then I pay for shipping. I love the items, but it feels kind of scummy.”

“i like these boxes a lot!! they can be a little pricey, especially for a long they thing, but they have nice quality products. my only gripe is that they could have more goodies for the price, and maybe some more name-brand instead of a few random goodies. they’re still cute, but i think most kawaii enthusiasts would enjoy more sanrio, san-x, etc.”

“I love this service! I don't get it every month, but the time I've ordered it, If always been happy with it! It's a fun variety of items, new themes each month. It's always good quality things. I've had questions about other subscriptions with this company, their answer is always clear and friendly, and they respond generally within a couple working days.”
