“Quality of lingerie wasnt bad, one item was a little big but the worst part is I ordered my items all at once, all were in stock and I'm just now receiving an email saying my items have been shipped after I sent them an email asking where my items were. I ordered my items December 8th and it is now January 8th.”

“I ordered Christmas gifts for my boyfriend around Black Friday time. I never had any tracking details for one of his hoodies I bought for him, so I contacted customer service several times. I was charged for it, but apparently it was out of stock? Why not update the website and NOT charge customers for out of stock items? Who knows, but I was informed the hoodie would be restocked on December 21st and was given the impression that I would still receive the product when it restocked. I contacted again because I still saw no shipping details and my credit card was charged. Thank goodness this agent (live chat) was the most helpful and let me know they weren’t planning to ship it to me so I was getting a refund. Even if I still wanted this, I would have to pay a higher price since I had more savings around Black Friday. I will not be ordering from Zaful again. I recommend SHEIN to anyone looking for a similar, more reliable and more affordable website. I’ve used them several times with no issues.”
