“the hoodies I bought came after 5-6 weeks. and after all that wait, they came in very thin material. I have to wear a longsleeve shirt underneath and deafeats the whole purpose of the hoodie.”

“It came on time, really quick tbh, I was expecting a month delivery time but it came in about 5 days. The clothes I received were of mixed quality, some things were amazing for the price and better than i expected whilst one of my items looked completely different. Overall, I am pleased with my order, however I am leaving this review to tell people not to trust their reviews on their website. If you leave any negative reviews they will censor them. For example, I left a 3 star review on one item and they bumped it up to a 5 star review, and I left a 1 star review on an item and it was bumped up to a 2 star review.”

“MY ORDER FINALLY CAME! There is hope haha only a month and a bit of waiting, understandable because of the current circumstances + coming from china Don't feel discouraged ( I thought I was being scammed as well ) ordered on april 26th, came on June 2nd overall, expect a month+ days more”

“i’ve never ordered off zaful before. i ordered on february 25 and started reading reviews and had doubts so i requested a refund twice on march 5. on march 6 i was checking to see if it updated and it said order shipped so i don’t know what to expect.”

“I usually order off zaful and all my bikinis come in on time within 1-2 weeks. This time I ordered on Feb. 4th and my bikinis are still processing. I believe it’s just because they’re understaffed due to the corona outbreak which I read in one of their instagram comments. I would still totally recommend zaful and I’ll order from them again, just not anytime soon.”

“I have ordered from zaful before no problem, came fast and 100% happy although I did order in January 21st and it’s still processing, maybe this is due to the corona virus? I just hope I have them before the holidays.”

“I ordered from Zaful on January 11 and got it February 18th so I was not very happy with it taking so long but zaful did contact me and said sorry for the long wait and gave me coupons, which was very nice. When I got the package it was fine and I'm so glad I ordered a size up because I am usually a small but I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. So I would recommend going up a size. Overall they have really cute clothes but you just have to be patient with them.”

“The bathing suits are super cute and I didn't have an issue with shipping but they're soooo small. I'm 132 pounds with size 34C bust and the medium fit for my bottoms but the tops were wayyyy too small.”

“So I saw tons of YouTube videos of girls buying super cute bikinis from Zaful, and decided to try them out myself. I ordered three of them. Took awhile for them to arrive, but when they came I was surprised to find the material actually quite nice, and they were just as cute as the pictures. However, not a single one out of three fit me. I have a large chest for my frame (32DDD) and a pretty small bum, so I opted for medium. Tops were way too small and I was swimming in the bottoms. Zaful is a gamble with sizing, and unfortunately I feel won’t fit everyone :(. I ended up giving all of the bikinis away.”

“Honestly, it’s what you’d expect for the price. My experience hasn’t been terrible, also hasn’t been great. I’ve gotten about 15 different items from them through the course of 3 or 4 orders and I’ve had mixed luck. Bathing suits tend to be really cute and of pretty decent material but run very small (especially the tops). Other clothing such as skirts and pants tends to be of pretty crappy material and fitting is hit or miss, but again, what you’d expect for 10 bucks. Occasionally you do get one thing that looks and fits great. Lingerie is really cute and really cheap...also really cheaply made. For the purposes of lingerie I don’t really mind if it’s not the most durable thing in the world, as I am not the type of person to drop $100 on something only one person will ever see me in, so I am pretty satisfied with these purchases. Customer service has been okay for me. Most orders shipped quickly. One time a single item in my order which was shipped separately didn’t make it and was returned to them, and customer service offered me either a partial refund or to resend it but I’d have to pay for full shipping again. This was irritating. Since it was probably their mistake the package didn’t make it I’d expect them to send it back to me for free or fully refund me. Also, communication was quite slow and it took over a week of back and forth of what seemed like a half-human-written half-automated messages to resolve the issue. But alas, once again, you get what you pay for. In summary, this is a solidly average company. If something really catches your eye, it’s worth a shot. It might just be made decently and fit you right. Or, worst case, it might never make it or be really crappy, in which case you’ll be out 20 bucks. P.s.: I do have a suspicion that they might alter reviews— I’ve definitely posted 3 or 4 star reviews and seen them pop up as 5. It might have just been a glitch... but that seems convenient. They also screen reviews for admin “approval” which I have a feeling might actually mean “filtering out all the 1 and 2 star reviews,” as these are suspiciously rare on the site. This annoys me and makes me a little reticent to continue supporting them. However, the community does post a lot of photo reviews which help you get an idea of what the real thing will look like. So if you do decide to get something, I recommend primarily referencing those.”

“The fluffy jacket I got was not pictured/shown as it seemed. It was too short. The shipping also took a SUPER SUPER LONG TIME. It took like 2 weeks! And standard shipping is 6-8 days but it took 2 WEEKS OR MORE!!! I like the clothes though. Just always make sure to read the reviews.”

“Worst on line clothing company....impossible To return what you order so don’t!!! They make you jump through so many hoops to try and return and never clearly say that if you do the ridiculous steps they want , they will Then decide how to proceed....not return your money!!!! SCAM stay away!”
