“I had a good experience with them, the clothes are of good quality and the customer service too. However, the only problem I had is that when the order arrived, it was held in customs and I had to pay an exaggerated amount to be able to release the package.”

“They have the most gorgeous dresses, very unique, not the type you'd find on other sites. They have great deals, very affordable. Just had so trouble with delivery when the covid pandemic started, waited over 3 months for my order but their customer service were great at keeping me updated.”

“I bought several bikinis from here and it's a mixed bag, the first two were a little small and not the best quality. I ordered ZAFUL Textured Underwire Bikini in black and a Ribbed High Cut Ruched Tie Bikini in blue, I genuinely loved the blue bikini, it was a little more dark teal than expected but in a good way. Perfect size and fit. The black bikini was super cute too but fit a little less snug, but it's a difficult design to prevent that so it's okay. I still love it. They definitely improved”

“I was pretty scared that my order was going to take a couple months to arrive after reading past reviews but my package actually arrived a little after a week of ordering. I was pleasantly surprise by the quality and will continuing shopping.”

“I have just received one of my bikinis I had ordered in the mail today surprisingly the material is very well-made and not thin at all! I’m a solid small pretty much everywhere and it fits perfect. Can’t wait to get the other three bikinis. Fingers crossed🤞”

“The prices are fair and the products are of good quality when they arrive. Only downfall I could think of is the delivery time... that could just be to do with the pandemic however. I would 10/10 would recommend and would undoubtably be ordering from ZAFUL again”

“Ordered from Zaful twice , my first order came in about a week and everything was nice quality and fit well. The size charts seem accurate to the clothes sizes. I recently placed my second order and am awaiting its arrival”

“ordered 6 bikinis on the 7th of apr and arrived today. I was very worried reading other reviews that my package would be lost but it didn’t thank god. All 6arrived today i still have one package on the way but i ordered that a few days after this one. The material feels quite nice and can’t wait to wear them”

“You guys do realize zaful is in china right? With coronavirus.... Obviously why your orders cant be shipped. I am not angry about my items not being shipped yet because i understand there is a global emergency and the employees are all on quarantine unable to get to work. Ignorant Americans.”

“Every time that I've used the zaful app it has been super easy. There's endless options to shop for for great prices. Sometimes the fits aren't perfect, but I've always had a seamless time making returns and exchanges on the website, and everyone that I've contacted that work for the site has been super helpful for me. I prefer shopping on this app as opposed to shopping in person because its easy, accessible, endless options that you don't see anywhere else, and like I said before...really good prices.”

“I shop online all the time and Zaful is one of my go to apps, I always carefully look at the reviews and photos before buying stuff and most of the time what I want comes in looking good! I get a lot of different swimsuits from there with great prices. And even when their stuff isn't up to standards, they have a great customer service team.”

“I bought a few bathing suits from here and I love all of them. The reason I gave only 4 stars was because some of them did not fit perfectly and I needed to sew them so that I wouldnt pop out of them. I would highly recommend at least trying it once and buying a few suits just to see which type works with your body.”

“Zaful MAY seem too good to be true, due to its ridiculously low prices and cute items. BUT, I'm happy to say it's an amazing website! Now if you're looking for AMAZING quality, I wouldn't recommend buying from here, but if you're looking for some cute but affordable clothes, then go for it! Shipping was SO fast, (Standard) and it came in exactly one week. The sizing is a little inconsistent, so check people's reviews and photos before purchasing an item. I bought a necklace, windbreaker, and teddy jacket and I'm soooo happy with my purchase :) Definitely buying again soon!”
