“Service client au top, très réactif et généreux. Le service client est vraiment remarquable : à l’écoute, rapide et proactif. J’ai été un peu déçue par une variété, et sans même avoir besoin de les contacter, l’équipe m’a écrit d’elle-même pour régler le souci. On a trouvé un accord très rapidement, ce qui m’a vraiment impressionnée. Merci à Zamnesia pour ce professionnalisme rare !”

“had an issue where three of my seeds didn't germinate, so I contacted Zamnesia support. Although the first replacement package never arrived, the team was quick to offer a second one. When the second package was slightly delayed, they even prepared to send a third just in case. Fortunately, the second shipment arrived before the third was sent. I'm genuinely impressed by how proactive and customer-focused Zamnesia has been throughout. Their dedication to solving the issue went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very happy with their support and would gladly recommend them to anyone.”

“C’est un bon site, sérieux, mais pas que... Un service client toujours à l’écoute et soucieux du bonheur. J’ai rarement eu de problèmes avec les produits qui sont de qualité en règle générale. Mais quand même quand je suis déçu, je trouve souvent un arrangement avec eux.”

“Esperienza eccellente. Ho avuto problemi con un vaporizzatore appena acquistato: ho scritto e ho sempre ricevuto risposte cortesi e puntuali. Hanno accettato il reso rimborsandomi le spese di spedizione. 15 giorni come da accordi e l’apparecchio è stato visionato e dichiarato danneggiato all’origine, quindi in garanzia. Mi sono state date diverse opzioni per risolvere la situazione. Ho scelto un altro vaporizzatore e lo sto già ricevendo. Tutte le persone con cui ho interagito via mail, assolutamente professionali, disponibili, serie, con un tocco di informalità che fa piacere! Grazie mille!”
