“Très bons produits je me lance dans ce domaine après deux commandes j ai louper mes deux premières culture la j ai tout donner avec une culture en intérieur du terreau complet et neuf surtout pas de terreau usager comme lors de mes deux première tentative la troisième est la bonne comme on dit lampes autoflos de bons genes terreau complet avec du compost des sacs de culture s est la germination le plus difficile une fois germées tout ira bien norma lement très bon site des cadeaux des graines mystère offertent avec des gifts points 🔥👌🤙♥️🌴🙏💯”

“there seeds fail to germinate often ive had multiple orders with bad seed. whole packs of duds. costomer service first response is to make you prove there seeds are trash. There big time but very hard to get refunds from even when they sell damaged and unviable seeds.”

“I am a returning customer. Always satisfied with the quality of the products, the ease of ordering and the prompt delivery. When receiving my last order two weeks ago, I noticed that one element was missing. I notified Zamnesia, who simply asked that I send a photo of what I had received, then shipped back the missing item. I found them to be courteous, responsive and customer-minded. Full recommendation from me :)”

“Bin 100% zufrieden. Strains, Dünger, Geräte, alles was ich geordert habe ist top. Das Tribe Programm ist noch dazu spitze. Und es gibt regelmäßig Aktionen und Rabatte. Da kann man bisweilen echte Schnapper landen.”

“I've been a customer of Zamnesia since July this year (2025) and have placed four orders to date. Every single experience has exceeded my expectations, and I'm already planning my next purchase. The quality of their growing kits and truffles is exceptional. Orders arrive quickly and are packaged discreetly and securely. You can tell they take care in their fulfillment process. Most importantly, their customer service goes above and beyond. Here's where Zamnesia truly shines. When one of my orders was missing a freebie from a scratch card promotion, I contacted their support team. Their response time was remarkable - they got back to me almost immediately. Even better, they offered me two solutions: either send the missing item at no charge or provide a voucher for the full value. This level of customer care is rare these days.
