“I ordered on Jan 16. It is now Feb 25. Still no product. After 3 emails, they told me it would have to gone from their supplier..in China. This is the second time I have had trouble with this company. If you don’t have it in stock..don’t sell it and say will be shipped within 5 business days. Don bother..save your money. I got sent two tracking number links and the last one was sent yesterday saying it was delivered. Obviously still suspicious I went to my front office. Went back to mailbox. “I understand the long wait for the shipment, however once I received my tee shirt, the quality is terrible. The shift is thin and flimsy tee shirt material, and the image transfer was off center and crooked. I contacted Zapps about a return and I never heard back. Probably because I stated I did not want to pay a return shipping cost. Im stuck with a cheap tshirt that cost way too much for the cheap quality. I did love their items, but I now know the quality doesn't match the image you see in the ad.”

This is in direct contrast to their website, where they give a clear timeline for production and shipping. Save your money.”
