I was excited when I first purchased from this company cause I got 2 4k movie sets for almost $70 less than anywhere else. Was definitely too good to be true. I ordered these over a month ago and they were supposed to get delivered the latest dec.16 , it is now dec. 23 and still no package, no tracking, and even after contacting multiple times no help. Don’t order from these guys, they are not reliable and don’t even have a phone number to contact, they do have a live chat but I have never once seen it active.

WELL WHERE TO BEGIN , ORDERED 25TH NOVEMBER AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ALL MY ITEMS ,SOME HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN SHIPPED , CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF CONDESCENDING PEOPLE WHO TAKE PLEASURE IN WINDING YOU UP FURTHER WITH A STANDARD REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS , IM STILL WAITING FOR REFUNDS ON DAMAGED GOODS TOO , IN TOTAL OVER A £100 THEY STILL OWE ME , IVE WASTED SO MUCH OF MY VALUABLE TIME EMAILING THEM THAT IM ON THE VERGE OF GIVING UP WHICH I THINK THAT WHAT THERE HOPING YOU DO , IM A KEY WORKER AND COULD DO WITHOUT THIS STRESS , THEY NEVER USED TO BE TOO BAD BUT AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN , AMAZON AND EBAY WOULD HAVE REFUNDED ME LONG AGO, I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW LONG ZAVVI TAKE TO DEEM IT LOST IN THE POST BEFORE THEY REFUND YOU. Totally useless, still waiting for my order to arrive, zavvi keeps saying that hermees has it tracking number says no they haven't received any parcel from zavvi, which they said was dispatched two weeks ago, really annoyed 😠😠😠😠😠 this is a Xmas present

I ordered gifts for Christmas in plenty of time to be delivered by Christmas according to their delivery schedule, and I was advised that all items were in stock. The order was split into 2. The first half was sent straight away, but arrived 2 weeks after the advised delivery date. The second half included ugly Christmas sweaters (which I clearly needed for Christmas). This order didn’t even get dispatched until 3 weeks after I ordered it, and there is no chance I will get it by Christmas. I tried to cancel the order before it was dispatched, but they didn’t reply to my queries for days, until after they had dispatched it. They then advised that it could not be cancelled as it had already been dispatched, despite saying otherwise on their website. They offered no explanation, apologies or resolution to my complaints. Despite being an Australian website, all the items were shipped from overseas. Had I been aware of this I would never have ordered from them. They have totally ruined my Christmas plans, not to mention the money I have wasted, and have displayed a disgustingly poor level of customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I would give a zero but it wont let me. Ordered in the 6th December my item has still not been dispatched they took the money and i cant speak to anyone. Even says on there website order by 20th December for Christmas delivery who are they kidding!

Placed an order on the 9th December thinking I'd left plenty of time before Christmas, apparently not as Zavvi ship from America but don't actually tell you this?! Didn't find out until I checked the tracking which hasn't been updated since the 10th, probably won't be here before Christmas now as its still in America! Shocking company.

Ordered on 29th November 2020, in plenty of time for Christmas. Items still not arrived as of 18th December. Zavvi are not responding to messages. I would avoid as others suggest.

Ordered some things for my son for christmas from here, it all took a while to come but it did all except for one thing which was the highest value item, which I preordered and expected to be sent on 11th december and im still waiting and losing hope of it being here for christmas, may have to fork out for the item elsewhere. No replies any of my messages on the message centre and theres no live chat currently and no phone number to call. Thats the merry christmas you get from zavvi! Thanks!

I swear back in the day, this used to be a good company?! I purchased something that was due to arrive at the beginning of this week. I've now had to go to a shop and purchase it as I'm getting no responses to emails or they're failing. Has the company gone bust? Will never order from these people ever again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES Ordered over £100 of stuff which they have not dispatched and I have contacted them in excess of 10 times with no response I don’t think they have the goods they advertise Absolute joke of a company Pure thieves

Have been waiting over a month for order to be shipped even with numerous emails and messages saying it has been bumped to be shipped immediately. They took my money same day it was ordered back on Nov15th.....still waiting

Like others I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order on 29th November and nothing has arrived. The confirmation email states they will not take money until items are dispatched. They took the money straight away and are apparently still processing my order. I’ve had one email to say they can’t process a refund but I can return my items...that’s a joke I haven’t received anything!!! Shameful and I will not be a returning customer.

Zavvi is horrible.. I pre-ordered the Dawn of the Dead Limited Edition Blu Ray Box Set in September. It was released on October 16th, was expected to arrive by November 16. Bear in mind, this set is a limited edition that basically sold out before it was released. When it didn’t arrive in November, I contacted Zavvi's live chat and was told to wait until December 16th to report it missing because international shipping can take extra time. It still has not arrived. After numerous messages and attempts to get help via the live chat (and after finding no telephone number to call anywhere on their site), I was finally told that they would issue a refund because they couldn't replace the set, as it was sold out. The set now sells for a ridiculous price on ebay, the only place you can find it. I will never shop with Zavvi again. Never. And I wouldn't suggest it to anyone either.

If only there were a zero-star button, it seems that I am somehow rewarding them with a fancy lone-star sticker for effort. Hateful customer service: ordered my items on November 28, estimated delivery time between 4 and 11 December, now it is the 17th, and still no news. Contacted the zavvi, and their customer service said it could take up to 48 hours to respond. Guess what, those 48 hours have passed as well.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Absolutely terrible, ordered on 1st December no communication at all after DM-ing them on twitter after a week when there had been no movement had been informed of the delay, advised them that I wanted a refund and then ignored continuously, then miraculously on the 15TH DAY after I ordered despite taking my money the day after I ordered! I'm guessing they will come back saying I have to wait until the order is delivered and return it because they still haven't responded over 24 Hours. I really hope that people don't use Zavvi, they are a joke and I hope they get what they deserve. UPDATE: Its exactly as I said, despite the reply below, was ignored for two days after asking for a refund and then they say its been dispatched and I can return it, what a surprise, zavvi is terrible, please avoid at any cost

hi,i am disgusted how your company has treated your loyal customers.i have spent a reasonable amount of money on your site,but i have not received out standing items since november.i know how the world climate is at this moment of time,but i am receiving items from usa and uk from other companys no probs.you either have no stock to fufil orders or i have lost parcels.some items have tracking but they r no use at all.after this christmas period is over you will lose thousands in profits to all of the thousands of customers u owe money too,including me. baa humbug!!!!!! to you all.

Ordered some Blu Rays Sunday 30th but tried to cancel an hour later as I spent too much. Got a reply from them an hour later saying they were in the dispatch stage and couldn't be cancelled (within 2 hours of the order? On a Sunday?). Took them 5 days to send all the orders out and still not received as of today (16th). Filled in their "order not received" form and still nothing back. No live help, no number to call - atrocious.
